I first tried this pillow at a Hyatt resort that had a pillow menu. immediately ordered it for my home. I have been suffering with neck pain and the firmness and neck support that this pillow offers has been a relief. the pillow has kept its shape. the cooling gel is a nice touch. price was totally reasonable at less than $40. tried a couple other pillows before this one that were upwards of $50 and returned them. will likely purchase more Dreamfiity pillows for my home.

I never want another pillow
I absolutely LOVE this pillow! My boyfriend has one and I had to have one. The cooling legit works and the pillow does not get flat, at all, EVER!!! I can now throw away the other 7 pillows on my bed that I tried before finding this one! Haha

Best pillow ever!
We love these pillows and take them with us wherever possible since we sleep so much better with them. Great support and they keep their shape. The only negative is they are very heavy.
