Tendency to snap during use - I'll be looking out for bamboo fibre next time, as that was my first experiment with biodegradable floss and.was much more.robust.

This was bought in conjunction with a stainless steel dispenser. It doesn't work. It shears off between teeth, I do not have gaps between my teeth, but I needed to fold over for two or three string flossing at once. It did not do the job well.

I switched to silk floss to avoid plastic. I won't be switching back, I'm here to stay. Nevertheless, I don't love the floss. About a third of the time, it snaps. That may be due to sharpness/closeness of my teeth. If you've had issues snapping floss in the past, this may not be the one for you. I don't know if other silk floss is stronger than this one.

Floss keeps snapping and fraying - too thin - Georganics is better and does not snap.

Desperately trying to use less plastic so after having great success with Georganics we thought we would try another brand. We opted for the 5 pack. Utterly useless, frequently snaps when in use and the only saving grace is there's 5 packs

Easy to use/refill dispenser bottle. Floss is great and hasn’t broken in use. Cap is great for cutting off just what you need and trapping the end. What’s not to like?

I haven't experienced the many complaints that this floss snaps, so 5 stars for me. Will definitely continue buying, knowing that it's better for the environment!
