Quality knifes
I got this for a Christmas gift for a friend, so can't say what her reaction will be. But I know global is a top quality brand used by professional chefs. And that they are sharp and will keep an edge. Will try to update after Christmas

Lovely knives… crap scissors
I have always wanted a set of global knives. Was very excited to get this set. Really like my knives but the scissors rust easily and the nut&bolt kept falling apart. One time it fell apart over the kitchen sink and the nut&bolt fell down the drain. After contacting Global they said the scissors are not apart of their warranty and told me to go to a local hardware store to get a replacement. For scissors that retail at $100.. I would have expected better support from global.
