spend the extra money and get a better quality ricer
sometimes you get a bargain price and a good product. not the case here. this is very flimsy, the disc keeps pulling up after each pass through. one time in the dishwasher (top shelf) and it already started to rust.I suppose if you only use a ricer every blue moon, then it's okay. but if you need a workhorse, this is definitely not it.I'll probably end up throwing it out and investing in a higher quality ricer. oh well, lesson learned.

Easy to use, pain to hand wash
Bought for Thanksgiving after I read about excessive mixing maked my mashed potatoes thick and heavy. Works better than expected

It's cheap quality stainless steel.
The product has rusting, the stainless steel is poor. I am about to return it.

Hurts the hands, handles warped
For the price, its okay. The ricer is hard to clean by hand, and the handles warped during the first use even after reducing size of potatoes and amount. Better off using an actual grinder for potatoes to rice them. Way easier on the hands.
