Stabilizes and regulates ph without effecting alkalinity but alkalinity and this can be added at the same time

I've been struggling with a PH of 7.9 and lower overnight with 11 dKH and 420ppm Calcium. I tried opening windows and turning on fans as I thought it was due to carbon dioxide building up. I also added an air stone for a few days. This did have a minor affect with my PH .4 maybe as CO2 is a factor but it never really got my PH above 8.0. I thought Alkalinity and CO2 are the only way to raise PH. FROM THE BACK OF THE BOTTLE: A frequent occurrence in reef systems is low PH, while calcium and alkalinity are at optimal levels. One of the primary reasons for this is an improper carbonate/bicarbonate ratio. Balance resets this ratio by converting bicarbonate to carbonate in order to reassert a higher PH without affecting calcium level. Balance is an optimized blend of sodium and potassium hydroxides with a NSW ratio (27:1) of sodium to potassium to avoid ionic imbalances with long term use..... Working well for my tank.

Raised Ph when you add product AS WELL AS ALKALINITY.What's worse, after a few hours, my ph is back were it was.It did not however affect Calcium or Mag levels.
