Works better than I expected
This thing is awesome, and not even that expensive considering the time it saves. I bought this because I had two plants Ive needed to trim for weeks but haven't wanted to waste hours of my time clipping each individual leaf off of hundreds of buds . It's very easy to use, as soon as I took it out of the box both of the buds were trimmed within about 5 minutes, as I already had the stems all debudded prior to getting this. The only downside is the smallest of the buds will easily fall through the grate. If you don't care about that just leave them behind and use it in your trim to make edibles or whatever. But I spend another 20 minutes or so sifting through the trim to collect all the small buds. The larger ones that stay above the grate , were trimmed very well. A few had a small piece of a leaf stuck to them that was very easily plucked off but the majority of them were good to go. I used it on dry bud with the serrated blade. The picture attached is just one example, it was just the first bud I picked from the jar, by no means is it the best of the bunch but this is the quality of the trim.

Well worth it!
I used it for the first time yesterday.Pros: Saved me HOURS. After reading some of the reviews, I was afraid it was going to chew my smaller buds up, but it actually did the best job on the smaller buds. It does an ok job on the larger ones, but I need to do a very light and quick touch up on those. Very simple to use. It probably takes a little more of the flower than if you hand trim, but for me, it wasn't enough to concern me at all.Cons: I was concerned about when to use it, dry vs. wet. It said that it was supposed to come with a wire trimmer and a blade trimmer. I did not receive the wire trimmer. I received 2 blades, one smooth, one saw / serrated. They are not labeled as to what they are intended for, I found this extremely frustrating and I wanted to smash the thing instantly. I called customer service, and the customer service rep was inept. I told him my situation, and all he could say was that there is supposed to be a wire and a blade, call was ended. The great news is I just decided to go ahead and wet trim it with the smooth blade, and I couldn't be happier. i'm extremely happy with the results, and over the moon excited with how much time it saved me. I did not experience any mutilation of any of the buds.If anyone knows what the difference is between the smooth blade and the saw blade, please let me know. :)

Be careful with blade . Great machine worth the money
Wow this trimmer worked great make sure you don’t fill up the rack probably fill about 3/4 and it works better. Cleaning the machine will take a little time use rubbing alcohol I find works the best . Wanted to make sure the next time I used it it wasn’t all sticky the tack took the most time maybe next time I will let it soak in alcohol that would cut down the cleaning Time of the rack. Be careful when cleaning the blade of course I knew it was sharp but I still cut myself . Ouch . Make sure the rags you use is folded a few times so you don’t get cut . Best way too It is soak the blade in alcohol and sticky residue will come right off. Loved this machine saved a lot of time sitting and trimming all day .

Great product! Works great at trimming my weed! Still cut my nice colas by hand, but this works great for the rest of plant!! Cuts my trimming time by two thirds!! Sturdy construction and simple to use!! If you grow weed or need to trim weed, this is a definite buy!! Wish i had this a year ago, when i started growing and trimming in my legal state!

This does a great job and shortens the amount of time needed to trim!! Great idea to have if you do a lot of hand trimming.

Great Product But Top Sticks
I have owned this now for over a year and I must say it works well. My only issues with this product is that after using the product and trimming fresh material the top becomes very difficult to remove from the bottom bowl. It takes a lot of patience and a few Big Hit to calm me so I do not rip the top off the bowl. Usually once Im calm I can remove the lid from the bowl with some jiggling but it's def some work to remove the top. Also the clear top did crack a little bit in one of my attempts to remove the top from the bowl. So if your looking for a cheap way to trim that will save you hours this def does the job and is worth the money I spent. If your one of those trying to save money and is going to complain about the sticking top go for something a little more expensive.

This thing rules! Haters gonna hate.
If you’re reading this review, just buy this thing. And ignore the haters on the internet “only hand trimmed or you’ll ruin your weed bruhhh”. That’s nonsense. You don’t lose any more trichomes with this trimmer than you do any other trim method. There is always some loss. Thats why the trim bin exists! Even hand trimmers are losing tons of trichomes. This thing can trim my harvest literally 10x as fast and you can’t tell the difference with the end product. I’ve put a few pounds through it so far and it’s still going strong.I only use one spacer (you will understand when it’s delivered and you see the parts) and I gave the blade a slight bend towards the tray on both sides. I only use this as a wet trimmer, this should not be used for dry trimming. To clean it, I submerge it in a mix a iso, hot water, dishsoap, and salt. The salt is important! After a short soak I take a wire brush with a plastic handle and run it over the stainless tray underwater. It doesn’t take long to get off the majority of the resin. Make sure to remove the blade when you do this and clean that separately. I will have to replace this unit eventually but it more than pays for itself in the time it saves just on the first few plants you put through it.Ignore the haters and give this thing a shot, you will be pleasantly surprised!

Broke after 2nd use
It worked great the first time we used it. The second time the blade was intermittently spinning, now the blade doesn't turn at all. It sounds like it's slipping inside the housing but it can't be taken apart without cutting rivets.I guess i should have tried it before the return window closed.
