Chocolate Bode Shake by Vemma - 2 Bags - 32 meals -3.5 pounds

The taste is pretty good. The only thing I didn't care for was how much it thickened if you drank it an hour or more after you make it. I just added more liquid and it was fine. Overall, it does curb hunger, but I don't feel like I'm staying full for more than a couple hours. My body does need to get used to not eating as much. Lol.

I am extremely satisfied with the product. It has help me so much and i love the flavor.
