MYOSTATIN INHIBITOR
YK-11 is a relatively new SARM that limits the body's production of Myostatin. I dosed my gymrat with a 0.5 ml per day. It took a few days to kick in. There's a lot of banter on the internet, about just what YK-11 really is. Actually, its not technically a SARM, in fact, structurally it looks just like a steroid. It helps the body produce more Follistatin, which is the body's myostatin inhibitor. So, what's Myostatin? Without myostatin, your body would just keep adding on muscle, until you turned into a musclebound freak. (I suppose the limits are your skeleton, your food intake, your tendons, etc.) So your genetic limitation on muscle bulk, is suppose to be related to the relationship of Follistatin to Myostatin in your body.YK-11, since it is a bit like a steroid, supposedly does a little more suppression than a regular SARM like RAD 140. Without any bloodtests, this is hard to gauge. My gymrat wanted to see what would happen, if I gave him RAD 140, and the 0.5 ml of YK 11 stacked. (A more normal dose of YK 11 might be 1ml per day.) After the RAD 140 and the YK 11 kicked in, about 4 or 5 days, there was the expected increase in endurance. An increase in appetite, much better recovery, were noted. Then, by the 3rd week, it was obvious something was happening. The rat was stronger, swole, and maybe lost some fat as well. He was hitting the spinning wheel for 30-45 minutes, then lifting weights with his tail for over an hour, with a lot of intensity. Now, my gym rat is a lazy, chubby rodent, so this was a big difference for him. Also, he had hurt his poor little rat shoulder, and even with a limit on how much he could lift, was still getting swole. I gave my gymrat some tiny doses of MK 677 at night, washed down with a few more drops of YK11, so its no wonder he's acting like the conquering hero on his spinning wheel. I never gave my gymrat steroids, so I can't compare. However, I would guess this stack is like a mild steroid run, but without any sides. No aggression was seen. And like SARMS, YK 11 doesn't mess up the liver, or cause total shutdown on the endocrine system. It selectively targets the anabolic receptors on skeletal muscle, so the heart muscle, or the muscles around the intestines, don't bulk up. No acne, or other androgenic effects were noted.I've ordered from NARROW LABS several times, and they seem to be reliable when it comes to quality. I trust them. If you're on the fence about YK 11, definitely do your homework. You have to cycle this stuff, and only run it for 8 weeks. It probably loses its effectiveness on the gymrat, after that point. (8 weeks.) If you want to get you gymrat looking swole, definitely consider the YK 11 and RAD 140 stack.

Experimenting with a Gymrat.
Normal dosage is about 30mg a day. I used the powdered form, and dissolved it in a shot of vodka. However, you can't control the dosage that way, so using these capsules is a better option. So what can you expect from your first encounter with RAD 140? First off, this is not for humans, just for experimenting on lab animals. Like rats. I used a common gym rat for my experiment. Gym rats respond better to RAD 140, rather than a rat that just sits on its butt all day. So, three days after the gymrat began to take this stuff, his cardio went thru the roof. It improved literally 15% to 20% overnight. Stamina and endurance, rapid recovery. It's freaky. About a week into it, I noticed weight gain. Maybe it was water weight, but the rat's weight increased about 4% or so. However, at the same time, the rat lost fat. (So the total increase of muscle might be around 5% to 6%). I've read where the typical weight gain after an 8 week cycle on RAD 140 is about 20 pounds. Perhaps less, if the gymrat is trying to loose fat and gain muscle simultaneously. The gymrat saved his head too, but I guess that was just to look badass, not because of the experiment. The gymrat experienced no actual side effects, even though it appears I dosed him too high, and ended up giving the rat almost 40 to 45 mg a day. No rage, no acne, but perhaps some insomnia. This stuff definitely raised the rat's libido. I also gave the rat some DIM, some DAA, and GPLC. During training, my gymrat drank arginine, creatine, leucine, glutamine, and HMB. Good nutrition definately helps this stuff work better. Mostly, the gymrat seemed to enjoy the experience, and looks forward to his next experiment. I don't know if PCT is needed for RAD 140, but I intend to taper down for a week, then take DIM. Cycle this no longer than 8-10 weeks, then 8 - 10 weeks off.

Game Changer So Far
I have been lifting weights for about 13 years now, I'm in my upper 30's. I have always been naturally thin but strong, but have built myself up to about 180 lbs on a 6'1 frame. I'm a medium sized, decently muscular guy. My biggest problems have been getting real size onto my arms, shoulders and calves which are plenty strong, but have never been able to really beef up. Here is what I experienced with this product with this, my 10th day on it. I am taking one 15mg pill per day, plenty for a 180 pound guy. Max recommended dosage is usually 30mg.This took a few days to kick in. After a few days I felt decently stronger. Was able to get the same reps out of weighted pullups I normally do, but easier and could have gotten more easily. After about 4-5 days and a few workouts, I noticed my arms and shoulders had gotten larger. Fuller, kind of like a pumped up look you get after a moderately tough workout...but I wasn't pumped up. I am looking at them every day now waiting for this to be some kind of freak thing, maybe extended swelling after a few tough workouts but no. Looking under my triceps, I now see small stretch marks. A true sign of growth. My mood has been perfectly fine. No aggression, very well tempered. I almost feel more relaxed now, less prone to aggravation. I do feel hungrier for sure. After my first week I am up 2.3 lbs and look no fatter, simply larger up top. Shoulders, traps, and arms, all key areas I have been targeting. I am going to keep this updated on a weekly or bi weekly basis. My plan is to cycle for 8 weeks, then off and use a mild PCT to be safe. This has been unbelievable so far.Update: Almost a month into this and strength is up, recovery way up and weight way up. Weighed in at 193 lbs this week. That's up a total of around 9 lbs on this cycle. I notice I've gained a little fat but I'd say only about half the weight I've gained is fat. I'd estimate I've gained 4-5 pounds of muscle on this so far. Do that with on OTC supplement, especially being an experienced lifter.
