DockemWallet Case for iPhone XR: Built-in Metal Plate for Magnetic Mounting & 2 Credit Card Holders (6.1" Exec M2, Synthetic Leather, Brown)

Originally i purchased one of these cases and found problems with the metal plate sticking to my magnetic mount and my cards were falling out of the case. I did not ask for a new case nor a refund but the seller immediately sent me a brand new case to fix the problem. They sent great advice on how to better use the magnetic mount and said my original case might have been defective. Im so grateful to have bought from a seller who really cares for their customer! I get lots of compliments on my case and what i love most is that it doesnt get dirty or scratch or look old easy. Other cases i have gotten look gross fast and this one does not! I would definitely recommend and buy from them again! Thank you so much i love my case!!

Bought this case as a replacement for my last credit card case. Why the low rating? Let’s start with the good...-In my opinion the grey “leather” had a nice soft-ish touch and was decently wrapped on the case.-Stitching was clean and consistent.The not so good...-As another reviewer stated the metal? buttons do not sit evenly and my volume buttons bulge out.-The area where the magnet is built in is not secure enough and moves around / makes a crunching sound every time the case flexes.-Lastly the ringer switch opening is not wide enough for easy access due to how thick the case is in that area.I really wanted to like the case but it needs work before I can recommend it.

UPDATE 06/18/19:After being contacted by Dockem and expressing my feelings and frustration about the case I decided to change the star rating from 1 to 4. After emailing the company I can honestly say that they have the best customer service team ever. I will continue to say that the case is really nice and functional and the description does state the areas that are not protected and the reasons why. Maybe in the future they can add protection to the bottom of the case without compromising its natural aesthetic look. Overall it’s a good case and it does hold up (it didn’t break apart or tear when it fell).This case at first glance is really nice. I didn’t have any issues with it until my phone fell. Due to the lack of protection on the bottom of the case my phone’s OLED screen got damaged just from a 2 ft fall. The worst part is that I was on vacation when this happened and I was unable to take pictures of my trip the way I wanted. If you’re looking for a leather case that offers elegance and protection, look elsewhere. This case will NOT protect your phone from an accidental fall.

Feels nice, good texture.I only used it for one card but it definitely holds well.The con is that the case isn't so durable - dropped it once about a couple days of use and case ripped on the edges alreadyIf you're considering spending $15 on a "leather" phone case, I'd say you'd definitely be doing yourself and your phone a favor by investing in a rubber or non-leather case for the same price. Unless you're very good with your phone and don't drop it often, then this is a great case. If you're like me and rely on your case to save your phone from cracks..thank you, next.Update: So literally within days of leaving feedback on my initial experience with this case, they had sent over a brand new case which also included an explanation that the material is synthetic, not genuine leather (which is disclosed in the product description anyway). I thought it was great customer service. Regardless, I'm actually still using the first case because even though it ripped on the edges, the case still holds well and it's a solid purchase.

This is my first time writing review on Amazon, because this case is too good too be true for this price. Apple leather case sells 50 bucks, while this one is only 14, plus 2 card holders. The handling is awesome.

The durability over time is questionable, since mine wore out quite a bit coming in and out of my pocket. However the product itself works great, holds my cards snuggly, and offers enough traction for the phone to not slip in my hand compared to more expensive leather cases. For the money this product is a good choice, because by the time it wears out, you could buy it again and still be halfway in money spent compared to a premium leather case.The credit card slots do expand permanently as you use them, so careful not overstuff otherwise you'll not be able to use the slots with any less cards afterwards. I added one card out of necessity once, and since taking it out the other cards began to start slipping. I had to add in another card to keep them in place.

This is a very nice looking iphone case. I happened to get the grey color and I have owned it for a little over two months.So far the case has mostly held up. I noticed a scuff and tear on one of the corners which is uncommon for a case this new.I particularly like having the option for using the pockets on a phone for an ID and a credit card. This is especially useful if you are driving to the gym and dont want to bring along a wallet, hitting bars downtown and dont want to chance losing a wallet or anywhere in general you dont want to lug around a wallet.Overall will recommend it to anyone wanting a classy looking, practical phone case. I am concerned it wont hold up however.

My all time favorite iPhone case. I use a magnetic mount on my car windshield, and this is the perfect match to it, with the magnet built into the case itself. (Nothing ugly to add to the outside of the case). Good hand-feel. I love that I only have to keep track of my phone, and that means I have my go-to credit card and my driver’s license with me at the same time. VERY convenient. I have put an extra card in each slot once or twice, for a total of 4 cards. I don’t make a habit of that because I think it would stretch out the “leather” card slots and make them too loose eventually. No problem with cards slipping out as it is now - and I want to keep it that way. Good protection for the phone - excellent, in fact. Looks very good. I don’t use my wireless charger with phone in this case ... but honestly, I wasn’t that crazy about wireless charging anyway.

Sleek, modern & comfortable.- How it fits - securely and not loose- Holds 4 cards easily. 5 a bit of a squeeze. 6 you’ll have to pull all of them out to get to.- Button sections clickable without problemsDislike:- Edges wearing from general use (not dropping) after 6~ months of using daily- Stitching was loose around edge, needed to put a few of my own stitches in to tighten it on that one side after 2~ monthsAll in, very good case! I use on a daily basis from purchasing- To the gym, casual scrolling, to nights out etc. Worth the money, just wish it didn’t wear as quick from general use!

Good looking case, feels good and sturdy. The case itself wears in the corners (from the constant rubbing in pockets) pretty easily.Initially it looks okay - a bit shabby chic, but ultimately you get what you pay for and this is a cheap case that’ll last for an appropriate amount of time.

Product arrived well packaged.Within the packaging was a warranty extender meaning I now have 12 MONTHS warranty :O amazing.The product fits my iPhone XS Max perfectly. Really snug and such a great hold.The brown looks a bit ‘off’ in the pictures but when it was delivered it so much better than the pictures used. The card slots are good and you would be able to fit 3 standard UK Bank cards however it is only designed for 2 I believe and the case has an overall good design.Only marked 4 stars as it’s the first day and I hope the product doesn’t wear over time. If not then I’ll certainly be changing this to 5 stars.Would love to get one of their other products as this one is amazing.

This card holder is exactly as described.I have 5 cards in mine across the two slots. It does make it quite thick but that’s my choice to put that many cards in there.For the same reason it can be a bit tricky to hold but if you want a phone case that holds cards too and looks smart this fits the bill.

I am so thankful for this case. I accidentally dropped my phone from a first floor window into a hard patio. I feared that I would be going to buy a new phone, but the case did its job and the phone was intact. My screen protector did crack but that's not a big issue.Highly recommended.
