I'm new to freeze drying and have been testing out various sizes for my food storage. This bag is a nice size to package and store my freeze dried side dish type foods. Not too big, but not snack size

I like to give it a 5 but I give it a 4 for some of the bags I got did not meet my expectations but I have order from them be for and thay have the Best Customer Service and the Best Info & tip on What you Can use the bags on out there! But I will tell you Zip Seal Mylar Bags are Good bags like I Said some of the bags I got did not meet my expectations, but I am Not saying thay Will Not Meet yours expectations! but if your Sealing up Flour this is the one for you. and When you Order From them thay Get you Order out Fast Yes FAST Like 2 to 3 Day to get your Order :)... Yes I will Order From Again!

I just purchased and used these. I will have to see how they hold up long term. Seem to be ok. Not impressed with the sealing feature.

Ordered these for tea storage. Reviews were generally positive, but I had nothing but issues from the second bag. First one opened ok, though it looked like outside had a hole in it. Thought that might be from shipping in a padded envelope instead of box.The next 4 bags I opened all ruined. The adhesive (or however) the zip lock mechanism is attached would completely detach from the inside of the bag, leaving the 2 zip lock portions stuck together instead of separating, meaning the bag is completely ruined. Tried to open all 4 slightly differently to prevent damage, but the 2 zip locks are held together so tightly with such crappy adhesive on the back side it's pretty close to impossible to do without ruining the bag.There is absolutely no way even if I did get them open the first time that they wouldn't end up destroyed within 5 uses.Back to the search for a zip lockable mylar bag.

I love the ziplock feature...makes the bag easier to seal and its still usable after opening...I use a regular iron on high to seal the excess at top with no issues even though the ziploc is pretty rugged and would probably never open on its own

we needed something to keep out light and oxygen for hops storage. These bags fit the need perfectly

Arrived on time and looks like it should work just fine. Durability and re-usability will tell if it has value at this unit cost.
