I bought both the GO4FIOT Mask and the Sparthos Mask.These masks are EXACTLY identical to each other, except different logos.The GO4FIT is at a lesser price right now so it's clearly the better choice if you don't mind that black is the only available color.The product itself is comfortable for me and it does what I wanted it to do, which is to restrict air flow. I think that you can adjust whether to restrict breathing in or breathing owl by configuring the internal valve. I use mine on the maximum settings.

This training mask is really worth the money. It helps me regulate my breathing while training and makes my body work harder.First time I used it was on a cold late night run and it was perfect

Mask looks pretty good and it is very easy to use, adjusting the levels of intensity is also super easy. my only complain is that the mask comes in a universal size and the velcro could be tricky to get right which has cause the mask to slide down for me when im sweating and that caused a red rash on my check from the friction. besides that very good value

I never even knew that these things existed until I asked my husband what he wanted for his birthday. He asked for a training mask and so I went to the place I know sells everything for an affordable price; yup Amazon. I found several options, but after reading the description of this one and the reviews I decided to try it out. I bought it for my husband in December and so far it has been great for him. He is able to train better and get his exercise in without losing his breath all of the time. It has helped overall his training goals and I am glad we were able to get it for an affordable price. Makes you look like a freak, design is cool, doesn't do anything except basically try to suffocate you, do not recommend

Fits well and adjustable, just went for a run with it the first time and Tbh I don’t really like how the valves inside the mask are placed so close to your lips. Mask deff does what it says and man oh man will it give you a workout though

if i had dropped this review close to the time i purchased this item it would not be nice becasue i felt it wasn't tight hugging enough but here i am, many many months later and through hundreds of uses and the item is still going strong. i use it a lot and have no issues, it washes up nicely and easy to stick back on. I use the very last dial on it as that is the point where i feel it working.
