Broyhill Kids Marco Island Twin Loft and Bed Collection, Dove Brown

We've been living and loving this set for 6 months now. We purchased it because we needed our 7-year-old and 3-year-old boys to share a room for about 6 months, and, boy, did this do the job! My oldest sleeps on the top and the toddler is on the bottom. The oldest loves the desk and drawers, and we love that we didn't need a second dresser since this had one built-in.It took about a day and a half to put it together (maybe 8-10 hours total). There are a TON of screws, but that's what makes it sturdy. We have had NO problems at all with it creaking, swaying, bowing, or anything at all. My toddler jumps on the lower bunk (not supposed to but, unless you tie a toddler down, he's going to jump), and we've not even cracked one of the slats. My husband can even stand on the lower bunk to make the bed on the upper bunk and it hasn't broken.This is a solid great piece of furniture!

Firstly, I cannot believe this was shipped through my Prime account. It's such a sturdy bed and you cannot go wrong with real wood. Love the drawers and shelves. I didn't want to buy the traditional bunk beds that are simply stacked on top of eachother. I guess I feared the top may fall to the bottom somehow. With this bunk bed, I feel so much safer since it actually sits atop the 2 drawer units, then you can actually roll in and out, if you attach the casters, to the lower bunk. Love the bunk bed and would recommend to others with children who not only need a place to sleep, but also lots of drawers and shelves for the room. Thank you for a great bunk bed!!!

Very disappointing! Product description says in multiple places that it is a twin bed on top and a full size bed on the bottom. This could not be further from the truth. Not only is it a twin bed on top AND a TWIN bed on the bottom, there is not even enough room underneath to fit a full size bed. Even the photograph is misleading! Only gave a one star rating because it would not allow me to give a zero or negative star rating. Product description needs to be changed, but it's too late for us. Hope this saves future purchasers the time, money, and energy their false advertising has cost us.

Pieces missing. Broyhill said they are too big a company and too busy to be responsive. Ordered 2 months ago. Instructions come with a WARNING sheet that reads ~ don't give up...call us to ship the pieces that are missing. Broyhill operators employ a tiered response. On your first call you need more info (country of construction, manufacturer code from box 1 of 7), promise of 3-7 business days. Second call, promise of 7-10 business days. Third call, we don't make promises, we're too big to be fast, everyone would LIKE to get all the parts the first time.
