Perfect for cruisers, works great, saves money!
I am in love! Yesterday I made my first cake in the wonder pot. The recipe I used (Gingerbread cake from the Boat Galley cook book) called for baking the cake at 350° for 45 minutes. But in the Wonder Pot it only took 10 minutes on the stove top! That is a huge fuel savings and the short cooking time minimized the heat in boat cabin too.If you don't have an oven the Wonder Pot is really the next best thing. Maybe even better than a real oven because of the fuel and heat savings. I've tried all the other stove top methods, like using a dutch oven, pressure cooker and even a frying pan, but the Wonder Pot is far more reliable and the food comes out most like using a real oven.I compared the Wonder Pot to the Omnia oven before purchase and I thought the differences were incredibly minor. Since every purchase takes away from the cruising kitty, the lower price had me sold. Unlike the Omnia oven though there is no silicone liner but you can easily line the pot with parchment paper if you like, but the pot is so easy to clean that I probably won't bother. One caveat, the metal of the pot is a little thin. I wish I could give 4 stars for that. Make sure you never drop the pot or the lid and protect it well when storing to keep heavy items from accidentally damaging it.Even so, this little "oven" is well worth the price.

It Works! Light, Tasty & Delicious!
I received a PDF of the beautiful recipe book in English, but for my first "project", I decided to buy a simple mix for a cinnamon strudel coffee cake. I was using an Atwood RV propane stove top. I started out on "3", checked after about 35 minutes, but very doughy. I turned the dial to "5", and about 20 minutes later, perfection! I used parchment paper, tracing a circle on a rectangular sheet and pan spray. I don't think the parchment paper would be necessary though as after cooling, the cake slipped easily out of the pan leaving almost no trace of cake behind. We hope to try bread and to use a camp stove with this also. ***One really does need something to poke through a top hole to check the baking progress, and I had a needle from my crafting that I used.

It works!
I am still in awe watching food coming out of this humble pot looking the same as when I cook them in the oven but tasting better as I used it in on the charcoal grill. It is easy to use in the regular stove but for the grill you need to figure the heat so that cakes and food don't burn too much. Not giving 5 stars as it does not offer a silicone liner, I know it is an add-on but still, a wonder like this should come with more 'peripherals' :-) Happy cooking everyone!

Great quality.
I bought this as a gift for my mother. The Cakes she makes on it are heaven. You really have to know what your doing and how to bake it or else you can easily mess things up. But once you get the hang of it, its easy.

Great Pot, Terrific Vendor
I bought this for my mother who does not use her oven. On Passover, she bakes the yummiest cakes in her old wonder pot on the stovetop. I gave her this to use year-round and she loves it. The pot is good quality aluminum. The vendor, service2you, went out of his way to accommodate our need for an English recipe booklet. [The one included is in Italian.]Very happy with the purchase.

bad material
I bought this product but I was very surprised when I received it very light just like foil trays Which does not fit with the money that I paid. It's a very bad product material Very light like aluminum foil.!! I do not recommend buying this product.

An excellent option for baking
If you're family enjoys camping,is concerned with the potential of local storm damage or grid attacks, having a means to bake during an emergency could be important. I bought the Wonder Pot with these ideas in mind, I've been baking muffin rolls from full size packages of Krusteze and Betty Crocker muffin mix--on an electric stove, with a butane and alcohol burners. The attached pics show a batch of cornbread cooked with butane; also a package of Cranberry-Orange muffins baked directly from the heat of an electric coil on the kitchen stove (small burner, set at #7 for 29 minutes).Wish I'd found this technology years ago, when I was younger and more involved with camping. This item ought to be sold in camping outlets and the outdoor departments of the big lot chain stores.
