I turned my deck into a catio and needed a way for my cats to be able to access the catio whenever they want. It took showing the cats a few times how to push through the door and then shoving them through the door a few times before they caught on. This pet door was easy to install. My only complaint is how difficult it is to lock the pet door using the built-in slide latches. I think the tab part you grab needs to stick out more.

So easy for my dachshund to use! She even spies from the porch through the paw hole.
