The Ultimate Booty Pillow, BBL Pillow After Surgery with Back Support, Butt Pillow + Back Pillow

So I found that it was pretty difficult to choose the best post-BBL cushions, since there are so many on the market. But I will tell you, that I'm glad I chose this one. I don't think any cushions like these will be comfortable to use. There's nothing as comfortable as sitting the normal way.. on your butt. But sacrifices must be made & comfort definitely suffers after any surgery.I'm 5'8" , I've got big thighs, & I can't lie, making the lower portion of the cushion (by itself) a bit uncomfortable when sitting on it for a long time (nail salon visit). I got up & my legs were a bit wobbly, but my nails came out fabulous. Lol. I usually keep these cushions in my car. In my opinion, you need the set, not just the lower portion of the cushion. You'll get tired trying to keep yourself upright. When used together, with the seat back upright, the ride is pretty comfortable. Mind you, I don't drive often, just to make a doctor's appt here & there. If & when I do drive, my cushions are there. I try my best to avoid sitting on the new girls as much as possible, until they've settled in good. I'm even thinking of buying another one, to use at work, since I drive a lot at work.So I'll tell you.. I don't think you'll ever find a BBL cushion where the reviews will be 100% positive.. comfort will always take a hit. Nothing as comfortable as sitting normally. BUT, if you plan to suffer for beauty then understand, you'll have to suffer a bit when it comes to these BBL cushions. They're not 100% comfortable but honestly, it's not that bad. Like I said before, you really do need the set, not just the lower portion of the cushion. The back rest will give you support & help to keep yourself upright. Hope this review helps. I got this for my lower back pain, since I have a SI joint dysfunction and it is painful when seating. This help me to seat straight and avoid pressure on my sacrum. First, it was difficult to seat, but later you get used to and it provides strong support and cushion at the same time.

This is my third Bbl pillow and I must say that this one is the best by far! It fits perfectly under my thighs and doesn’t flatten when I sit on it. Bought to sit on after surgery in my car. Worked great, it's just a bit hard so can leave legs sore if you sit for too long. Otherwise it was good value for the price. Liked the removal cover to wash and ability to attach or detach back support.

This product is better than any bbl pillow. It's soft while sturdy with extra back support.

Great product it keeps my booty up off the chair and lifted and helps me sit straight. It also has a beautiful look and looks like a high quality product. It’s a very comfortable pillow and nice pillow and the back support is very comfortable as well it also has enough firmness to hold me weight which is good as well. This is not $80 quality. I've been using these pillow for almost 2 weeks its falling apart. Not comfortable and especially when you're driving. The fabric gets all the dust and lint like a vacuum. There is cheaper and better options.

The pillow lost shape and support after one use for not even an hour. The back support is nice, but not worth the money over all
