This is not a warranty on defects. It's for one time stain, stain needs to not be caused by typical use or discoloration.The send you cleaning supplies once you file a claim.I returned the product and had to pay $19.10 to ship it back.

It is not thick, has plastic on the underside...it's to keep messes from going thru & onto mattress, but it makes you sleep fairly hotter than norm.

I have sleeping problems because of my back pain and after reading some of the reviews I decided to get this mattress. Unfortunately it didn’t not help me at all. I regret making this purchase because now I have no use for it.

Don't waste your money on this. It didn't protect our mattress at all. Simple spills from a sippy cup leaked right through this "protector" and onto our mattress. We didn't realize there was an issue initially but the day I discovered the liquid had leaked through the protector, I filed a claim with the warranty service. They're claiming I didnt file within 10 days of knowing there was an issue and therefore are refusing to uphold the warranty, even though I've gone back and forth with them on when we were aware of the issue. I filed the claim the day we realized there was a problem. This is a MASSIVE SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PROTECTOR AND FAKE WARRANTY!!!

The product discriotiin indicates you'll be receiving a physical product. But when we purchased it, we were informed that the warranty would be delivered via email. Not happy at the misleading discription.

It’s pound when u sleep on it and it’s hot. It does not let the mattress breathe so we don’t feel our cooling gel layer of the mattress
