INCREDIBLE! This juicer is remarkably quiet and It juices even tough things like ginger as if its butter! It also can make a decent amount of juice from delicate things like peppermint leaves, salad and spinach. It is fairly easy to clean, and includes a brush so you don't have to worry about scratching it up. I have to say, it definitely is heavy duty though.Also, the instruction manual is very descriptive and makes it easy to get the hang of taking the juicer apart and putting it back together. The only thing that alarmed me a little at first was the smell of the motor, it is very faint though, and isn't always there, plus it is a hard working machine after all, and you aren't suppose to have it running for more than 30 minutes at a time, but no juice takes that long anyway if you prep.Overall, I have to say I am pleasantly satisfied with this juicer, I think it was worth the investment, I feel like all the money I spend on organic fruits and veggies to juice is not going to waist because this juicer extracts EVERYTHING, the pulp is nearly dry! great product!

I ordered this juicer, and after waiting an unusually long time, it arrived. Took out of box and set up only to discover the on off switch didn’t work could not turn on the juicer. I had to pack it back up and return. Amazon sent a teplaceent, but the same thing happened with the replacement. Amazon was great as always, but this company makes a terrible product.

This is my first time using any type of juicer and I did a LOT of research before purchasing. I'm really happy with this juicer. It's easy to set up and easy to use. A bit of a pain to wash all the parts but it's worth it. You get a good amount if juice tho I feel the pulp could be a bit drier sometimes. Overall I'm very pleased with this juicer!

The media could not be loaded.  I have a vitamix blender, it’s powerful but the juice with residue taste not very good. I bought a juicer about last year, but the juice taste still not very good. My friend told me I need a slow juicer. Yes, it’s really amazing! I spent 10 minutes put all parts together, then picked 2 pears and some grapes at my back yard. I put them in, turned on. It doesn’t have too much noise. It looks slow spin. There are 2 oulets. One is for residue, others for juice. The residue is dry, so it get more juice. I take the juice to my family, my mother and my daughter give big thumb!

We have juiced a BUNCH of celery. This juicer is quiet and so simple to use. It's our first juicer and we are super happy with it.

The media could not be loaded.  Update:FIVE STARSI made a low review because the first one I ordered and received filled with water when I cleaned it. Like it wasn’t made well. But still juiced well. I ordered a replacement and they shipped immediately and this one is a night and day difference. I think it was just a fluke I received a poorly made one the first time around.CHEAP. ONE STAR. I’ve had for one week. And the bowl cover filled with water after a simple rinse and cleaning

This product was great, until it stopped working!!! I haven't even had it a whole month & only started using it 2 weeks & today the motor stopped!! I tried it on 4 different plugs, Just to make sure it wasn't the electricity. Very disappointed. Don't waste your money!!
