Big fan of SIS gels, helped me in many events, I’ve tried a number of them over the years but fruit salad is my go to! Tastes great, decent consistency so easy to digest on the move. Tried a lot of other providers but for value and taste SIS is one of the best

We all know that energy gels are usually not the easiest to stomach, but the flavour of these gels makes them easy to get down and keep them down! Will come back and order more. Only downside is that the price is a little high.

Best tasting one I have had but...
Great taste but 2 tubes burst so gel everywhere on arrival. They had puncture holes in them.

Are use these gels all the time, they’re easy to carry and I know the quality is good. They provide an instant burst of energy to help power through and the delivery here was good – prompt and well packaged.

Well i have now tree all the flavours and must say these are far the best. SIS not for everyone but seem to work for me on long rides as good boost along side some good old fashioned jelly babies
