So I'm a little confused...., i purchased the 65watt panel and the writing on the solar panel says that it is 15 volts 2.1 amps but on the users manual is says 18 volts 3.6 amps (see attached photos)?????There are also some questionable black spots on some of the panel's which look like someone took a black marker to the face of the panels(see attached photos).Other than that the quality looks decent, but only time will tell if this product is going to hold up. I purchased this for my camping trips and hope that this product will last, I am temped to purchase another one but i decided to wait and see how this one fares.

Works very well on phones and Kindle, giving a full charge in 2-3 hours. Would not charge my laptop (no adapter included and only puts out 18 volt, whereas my laptop needs 19 volt) or my Ipad (no idea why).

Works perfectly. Its just a shame you cant daisy chain these together, but at 65w, it should not be an issue. This is a very compact and light weight solar panel that will fit easily in a backpack or in some cubby in your car.Updated: I dont know how, but I managed to misplace my first solar panel. We went camping with it and I used it to charge everything! Somehow after we returned home this was misplaced, so I am buying another. If the first turns up, then more power for me! (Pun intended)

UPDATE 4/11/15: Today is the first day it's been sunny with no clouds. I can barely push more than 3.25 Watts out of this panel's USB port, which is abysmal considering it is supposed to be a "65W' panel. I've tried everything I can think of: different cables, different devices, etc. It is getting direct sunlight and it is still underperforming considerably compared to my much smaller 10W-rated solar panels. The 18V port never produces enough voltage to charge any of my laptops, and I knew using it was a risk since the voltage does not match my laptops, which can damage your device. Unfortunately, I believe it damaged my old dell XPS, but I knew what I was getting into.I do NOT recommend this panel and will be returning.
