I love it. I have a 15lb one and it’s perfect. Def does help with me sleeping better through the night. I only wake up once now and have not had a panic attack at night in about a month. It doesn’t take away all those issues obviously but does help immensely. At first I didn’t feel hot in it but I have been waking up sweating lately. It’s not completely cooling like I thought as it said it was but still not horrible either. It’s also very soft! With or without the cover.

I don’t suffer from anxiety or RLS but it still improved my life. My sleep quality has gotten so much better and I have been having much deeper sleeps with an easier time of getting out of bed in the morning. I also use it when I'm on the couch or working at my desk to calm my nerves and it works great. This is the best purchase I ever made and I can’t recommend it enough.

I don't want to dock 2 entire stars, but... no half options. This blanket is very comfortable, and not TOO hot. But, I hate the cover. HATE. It doesn't really fit right, especially after washing, which makes the blanket unwieldy and difficult to get on the bed right. I don't want to have to think about my blanket this much. And so, I docked 2 stars.

This is my first weighted blanket so I have no frame of reference to compare but this blanket is made with quality material and very comfortable. Even my 10 year old loves the 15 lb blanket and sleeps through the night when he uses it. Normally he wakes up in the middle of the night without it. The duvet cover is great as the weighted blanket stays clean and will help the blanket last. Only 4 stars because of the price as it is one of the more expensive blankets on the market but I think it's worth it.

Very heavy but helps relieve my anxiety so much and relax me and havent had any problems with restless leg syndrome when I have it laying on my lap...absolutely love it and the cool bamboo fabric cover helps from keeping you from getting overheated!!!

The media could not be loaded.  This gravity blanket exceeded my expectations! I was a little skeptical at first but after sleeping with it, it solved all of my problems. I have been suffering from insomnia for 2 years and nothing helped me until i discovered this. I would have trouble falling and staying asleep because of so much stress from work but since using this blanket, that all went away and i can finally relax and fall asleep. Another huge plus is the cooling bamboo cover that it comes with. It’s actually really easy to take off and throw in the wash because of the built-in snaps on the blanket.

I've had this blanket for more than a week now and so far I’m very delightful with it, it’s really soft and the prefect weight gives a relieving feeling that takes the anxiousness and aches out of my legs, since I got it I am getting better sleep and faster at night, my wife is also very happy with it, I’m getting a couple more for my daughters.VMP.

Good blanket, not sure how much it actually works, or it makes you think it works. But just the comfort of having it has improved my teenagers sleep anxiety.
