It arrived on time took it work put food in makes a hum followed instructions it's not much of a cooler it was quiet warm on the cold side .picked it up today the handle fell of no good to me how can I return and get full refund . Just to add as 1 star is too good have been contacted by them offering free gift asked for a lot of details which they would already have had still returned email and all what I had not hear anything again and guess what no gift stay away from this seller

Portable and easy to use. The lightweight design and convenient carrying handle makes it easy to carry out. It keeps hot food warming when I travelling to another city in this cold weather. It also can keep the drink and food cooler. Perfect for picnic, camping and travelling.

I use this coolbox for my hgv delivery work. It is lightweight and easy to carry and has a hot/cold switch to use as required. The one thing that let's this item down is the high noise that it makes. The price is reasonable bearing in mind this factor. The 12v cigarette adapter burnt out whilst in use.

Very happy with this product.We have just used it for the first time in my car and bedroom.It kept items inside cool and with the ability to alter the fan / cooling systemI found this very useful.

I suggest the seller should make sure that the cooler box is in tact as on opening the two outer boxes to extract the cooler when we opened it the handle was broken we found a small slither of plastic that had broken away from the locking system on the bottom of the cooler we would have sent it back but as we needed it at the time we managed to glue the broken part and added a very small bolt to strengthen the lock. apart from this the cooling system worked well and the box was a good size

I like the smaller unit in the lid as it takes up less space in the actual compartmentAllows for more produce to be carriedLightweight but strong

This item was bought only a couple of months ago and have stopped working. Cannot return as over 30 day returns period and cannot find an option on Amazon to contact someone about it, as is should be covered by the EU law allowing up return or replace if a product breaks down within 2 years!! Cost nearly £70 and is a complete waste of money!!

No cooling/warming or working indicator light. Out of Amazon Return Time Period (30 days.) Only started using three months after purchase. Kealivehome.com website fails to provide the warranty or comment form and email address is refusing connection. Microsoft Outlook suggests contacting them by phone... try finding out how much it will cost to phone China.
