If you like clover, this is a great one to get!
I ordered this for an area of my yard that was filled with weeds, and planted it after digging all the weeds up. I simply spread it around in sweeping movements as i walked up and down the patch of land. It was very easy to see how much ground was covered given the coating on the seeds. Luckily, even though it was June, it was relatively cool and rained each day for the next five days. I had growth within two days and full fledged greening within 5. This is definitely as advertised!!!A few caveats -- I heard that it doesn't grow if the weather is too hot -- and the instructions definitely call for watering each day. I got lucky on both of those fronts, which may be why I had such great growth without any effort on my part. Also, it does not appear to grow in shady areas, so don't expect growth if you have a lot of shade. We also used it to fill in where my dogs had peed in the main part of the yard as I heard clover doesn't turn yellow and die as does regular grass. We've had some success with this, but there are areas where it didn't grow --perhaps it has to be established before it gets that urine-defying property. If you know you want clover, this is a great one to get as it grows quickly and is very healthy!

Healthy seed and grows fast!
These grow very fast and are healthy plants. I sowed some in my lawn in the fall and more this spring. My only comments...1. They are too tall to get away without any mowing, at least for a suburban lawn .2. when mowing, the wheels of the mower smoosh the clover. Then later, that line of smooshed clover bounces back up, and you have to mow again. Even so, you won't ever get an even manicured look.3. The clover is not as resilient to heavy traffic. I put a path of stepping Stones to my backyard. Which looks really cool with the clover all around it .4. It is a tiny seed so was hard to spread evenly. There are spots where the plants are over crowded and other spots that are bare. That's why I seeded more in the spring.5.you cannot use broadleaf we'd killer. So you will get other weeds. So far it's not too bad and I'm committed not to use any chemicals. In retrospect, I wish I'd looked for a short growing variety. I think that would be easier to maintain. I'm hoping my continued mowing will favor shorter behavior in this clover. The true test will be late summer... Will it help thwart crabgrass. I'll post back later with result.

I bought this to overseed my yard because I’m tired of the high maintenance grass that dies off every late summer and allows the yard to get taken over by weeds. At that time the only green stuff in my yard is clover. So I figured why not plant it everywhere just to make it consistent at least. I topdressed the lawn with compost and spread this seed and thousands and thousands of tiny little clover plants popped up everywhere within a week. I did that in October in the southeast US. We had some frigid weeks over winter and it all survived and once the spring rains hit the stuff really filled out and matured nicely. This spring I did another round in other spots on my property and it came up just as reliably in 50-60 F temperatures with off and off rain, even in garbage clay soil. I’ve been waiting 10 days and still haven’t seen any of the grass seed I threw down come up so I’m quite impressed with the performance of this stuff.

Ugh.
Didn't grow. Bought this as a ground cover instead of grass for our back yard so the yard wouldn't show yellow dead grass spots from dog pee. Filled the yard, watered properly...not much happened. I overstated but I would say less that 25% of the seed germinated.Whar did grow died quickly if a dog pees on it even after what sprouted reaches full growth. Not very impressed at all. The grass i mixed throughout as been much more durable.Clover is supposed to be a great grass alternative for those with dogs as its supposed to withstand the dog pee. Not this brand/ batch! Basically what wasn't killed by the dog has mostly died by itself. The grass I mixed in...doing well. Go figure

This Clover is amazing!
It came in packaged a little unconventionally, so we were a little skeptical. My husband prepped our lawn that we want to convert to Clover... 2 days after planting we could see Clover sprouting! He has been watering it daily and it is growing beautifully after 2 weeks. We were planning on just doing our front lawn... But now we are doing our back garden as well. And I have seen Honey Bees around in our yard for the first time in a long time!
