UPDATE: IF YOURS' DIED READ THIS! After about a month of use indoors, they just went out. I contacted Novelty Lights who explained it was probably a blown fuse. They told me where to find the extra fuse which is kept in the male plug with a slide out cover. Took under 1 minute to find, remove old fuse and replace with the new one included. Works like new again. Not only am I happy they are working again but as someone who hates our disposable consumerism, I love that I know how to fix it for the future. I can pop over to my hardware store or perhaps even order more fuses from Amazon and I'm back in the light. It tells you the model number you need right on the slide out cover so you don't need to remember anything. So, not only am I happy with my purchase but I'm especially happy I found Novelty Lighting. If you grew up back in the day with this traditional Xmas bulb shape, they are exactly what you think they are. I love the white wire which can be hard to find but is perfect for my retail store needs. They are very bright! They light up an entire shelved section in my store. They get a little warm so I do turn them off at night. For those complaining about having to put the bulbs in themselves, I would suggest the following. These are incandescent bulbs and when they are knocked around, burn out. Unless you're very careful, on carpeting or hanging in a very simple format, I suggest, hanging them first and then putting the bulbs in. I don't think my entire string would have survived my application. Love them. Probably buying more of them!

This is exactly what we wanted to blend into the eaves. Unfortunately it had broken bulbs when it arrived. I am sure that it was the result of careless handling by the carrier but could have been avoided had the shipper added protection to the package. You can always use bubble-wrap... Now I need to go out and see if there are any bulbs available in the big box stores.

These are exactly what we wanted. Great length, can connect two lengths, old school lighting. Well packaged, also purchased extra bulbs, also well packaged. Very happy!

We bought these for Christmas holiday parties but we like them so much we still have them up! The were perfect for Easter and now we'll use them for Memorial Day and right into summer and our annual 4th of July party. Just add some flags and fireworks!

The lights that are working look nice, it’s just very disappointing to have lights blowing out after a day of using them. I think something needs to be done about the quality of the lightbulbs for sure.

I ordered CLEAR with WHITE WIRES. Received MULTICOLOR with GREEN WIRES. Needed for an immediate project so "had to make do" and go out and buy clear bulbs. ORDER PICKERS should be more careful. Otherwise, nice string of lights.

I purchased these lights to use for tent lighting for my wedding. The clips that are already on them made stringing them super easy.The only reason for my four star review is that this company also sells the bulbs and strings separate for a lesser cost. I opted to pay more so I wouldn't have to screw in all the bulbs myself. When they arrived, the bulbs were packages separately from the strings. So, I ended up having to string them all anyway and still paid extra.

Unbelievable! Plugged in and loud pop and lights are dead.
