Really like this soap dispenser because it has storage for the sponge and other stuff. But sadly, after only 3 months, it stopped working. Thought it needed new batteries but still didn't work after I put in a new set. Opened it up to look inside and once I put it back together, it was dispensing nonstop on its own. So either I leave it running nonstop or not working at all. Debating if I should get another one but don't want it to break down every few months.Update: Purchased another one in May and it just stopped working again today. Light still turns green when I press the + or - button and dispense when I press + for 5 seconds for automated cleaning but does not dispense normally. Seems like something is wrong with the sensor. Also, the battery compartment is not seal tight so moisture would get in and you can see rust after a few months of use. Pretty bummed out because I really like this device but it gets too frustrated and costly having to buy a new one every few months.

UPDATE - Pykal made it right and shipped me a new product. Although I'd already replaced with a different unit; I still appreciated that they made it right for me; their customer.Product was ok at first. I always had a problem w/the holding cup. We use this in our kitchen to hold our sponge and dish wands. I always thought it was quite silly to have a whole opening at the bottom of the outside cup, but no hole in the removable inside blue layer that actually holds the items!!! We found ourselves pouring water out daily, but the dispenser served its purpose. It would tweak and not work occasionally, but always seemed to come back and reset itself. Then one day it just quit! Tried new batteries and nothing. I inquired w/Pykal about a possible warranty since it was less than 6 mos old, but my gut told me early on to just purchase a new one since they are roughly $20 throughout this site. I was asked to do several troubleshooting steps and if not successful to send a video of the item not working. I tried doing so and could not send by email. I sent video to seller in FB direct message, but was then asked to sign up for some external site and send video through them. I sent a link to the FB video by email. At this point I said screw it since I've wasted time even trying to deal w/them. I ordered a new dispenser (diff brand & vendor) that will be here the day after tomorrow! Buyer beware; don't expect it to last long and definitely don't attempt to redeem a warranty!!

I was really happy to get this dispenser and at such a great price. After getting it set up I put Dial soap into it and it wasn't dispensing properly. I emailed the seller and received a reply very quickly. They advised me to add some water to the soap and check the batteries and a few other things. I completed all the steps and still it wasn't dispensing properly so I emailed them again and received a reply quickly. This time they asked for a video so that they could see the amount it was dispensing and how it was dispensing. So I emailed a video and then they told me to clean out the dispenser in hot water to ensure it wasn't clogged and get back to them. Still wasn't working. At this point they told me that some soaps don't mix well with water and put up a question on the product page to see what types of soap people were using, they also said if getting a different soap and following the steps they outlined didn't work this time then they would take the product back, send me a new one and do testing on it to see what was wrong. Several people answered but I wasn't sure that the soaps they were using was going to make a difference. One of the things they told me were that it's best to use soaps that say "refill" on them. So at this point I decided my best option was going to be to purchase some different soap. I purchased Mrs. Meyers Basil hand soap. I cleaned the dispenser as I was instructed to and added the new soap into it and it worked great!!I would highly recommend this not just because it's a great product at a great price, but also because they truly care about their customers and will do anything to help figure out what's going on. They respond so quickly each and every time.

I like the style. When we tried to put the soap dispenser into the bottle it would not go in. We applied soap to it like the instructions stated, but it still would not fit into the neck. After awhile my got so mad he hit it so hard that we cracked the plastic on the the insert part. We finally got it together and it works ok for now. I am sure when we have to refill it there will be some problems. also if you put a pot or anything with an open top under it the soap will not dispense. If my husband had not broken it I am sure I would ask to return it. It was not worth the price and 4 batteries.

Fácil de usar pero al ser de pila elÁrea se sulfata y deja de funcionar !!! Por lo tanto cómprenlo con cargador usb, de lo contrario terminará en la basura 🥴

i like the product but the rubber piece thats on the head that goes to the base seems a little hard to put on. it eventually started breaking so i completely removed it and just put the head on top od the base which works fine, but if someone were to tip it it would most likely fall. the one thing about it since its auto, no one should be touching the head.

Read reviews that were so negative I almost didn’t purchase it, but…. It was exactly what I was looking for so I decided to give it a try.It’s been a week or so & so far no leaks, no fuss, no muss….I recommend it to anyone who needs a bit of organizing around a sink!

I have been using this item for a while and ordered another. Unfortunately, the one received had a leak and I reached out to the seller. They helped me as soon as I sent them an email seeking help. The warranty is awesome and their customer service and follow up is superb. I will recommend this to everyone, very space-saving and quality item.

We have had this for two weeks or so now. I dutifully read the directions, diluted some soap and filled the tank, and away it went. Everything works as it should, the volume adjustment is good, it doesn't leave drips. I like the container on the side to put my sponge in.My only little bit of advice for future models, is it would be good if the soap tank itself were removable as this would make it a little easier to refill and dilute.

Im not really satified of this sensor dispenser liquid soap,I used it in the kitchen for my diswashing liquid soap,I am disappointed becaused it just few soap will comes out very low eventhough I press it to 5 volume still low amount of liquid soap will comes out,and Im using all new AA baterry..delivery is excellent arrived quickly and safe...thanks amazon!

You can adjust the amount of soap being dispensed and comes with a concise and handy manual. Delivery was prompt! Product works as described. The whole feel is good. Sturdy, works well. I adjusted the drip volume to the desired level as directed in the instructions n works well. Sensor has been great. Works great each time. A product that makes u feel good each time u use it n can gladly recommend or show off to others!

Easy to set up and perfect dispensing of liquid hand soap in our bathroom. We love it...may even buy another for our kitchen too.
