Great fun!
These cork board squares are awesome! I'm a teacher and currently share my room with another teacher and an aide...and bulletin boards are few when there are 3 of us. Soooo - I adhered them to part of the white board (with permission from our custodian, of course) and covered them and decorated the space just like an extra bulletin board and it's working fantastic. The 1/2 inch thick is definitely the way to go, so you can put a pin all the way through the boards to support heavier items...I even have a picture frame hanging from it!It was SUPER easy to install and I even cut one of the boards with a box cutter to fit my space exactly and it worked beautifully! I definitely recommend these cork boards to anyone trying to brighten up a space and decorate it yourself!

Awesome double duty for creating a kid art gallery and to protect white walls from dirty kid hands
What a great product! Bought these to spruce up my mudroom and to give ourselves some wall space to showcase my kids’ never ending portfolio of arts and crafts. I had no issues with the adhesive backing even when my boys insisted that I hang all of their participation medals for all the various sports teams they’re on, using the tacks that came with the cork board. The cork is thick and sturdy and of a great size to fill up a large empty wall. Started with 4 of them but love that I have the option to add more tiles to expand our “gallery” and cover up and protect the empty white wall that dirty kid hands or any of their stuff that would otherwise destroy, scuff or scrape up. If you follow the installation instructions, you’ll find that the product is just as described and more!

Much better than the cheapo boards.
Quality 1/2 thick cork is so much better than the cheapo boards we’ve had in the past. I considered ordering larger sheets of cork, but went with the tiles to avoid the frustration of rolled material and for the convenience of the peel and stick tile. We did a 2’ x 6’ area (3 packs) and it looks great. We left 1/2” gaps in between the tiles and it looks great. The tiles are so easy to push pins into. However, we did have problems with tiles falling off of our wall the first night. I kind of expected this because we really didn’t make much of an effort to prep the walls before applying the tiles. My solution was to shoot a small 1 1/4” brad nails (w/nail gun) through the 4 corners of the cork into the drywall to help hold the tile in place while the adhesive set. No problems since and the nails are unnoticeable. Maybe this will help someone else.....

Super thick and stick SOOOO well
These are the best cork tiles I have found. I needed them for the inside of this armoire I turned into a desk area and I lined the inside of the walls with them - was so easy - they stuck right on and do not slide. They are also definitely the thickest - I have big decorative push pins and they don't come through the back. LOVED this product. I do a lot of crafting/upcycling - and these are the best quality I have used for turning something into a memo board.

Awesome cork boards
Update. They were very curved up at the edges when I got them, but I didn’t think anything about it... but now I’ve tried command strips and the adhesive backing on the boards, and they are coming off my walls. Not sure what to do to make them stick, because framing isn’t going to work the way I thought as they are so thick. They came, they’re nice, they don’t fit in the frames I bought for them, but that is more about the frames than the corkboards. I don’t plan on doing the adhesion part, unless I find something to adhere them to that isn’t my wall. I intended to frame them and hang them that way (my walls aren’t a smooth surface), but now need to find deep enough frames to hold them.

Do not us their adhesive
These squares do not work! At least mine didn’t. They all fell from the wall over a period of 2 weeks. The two way tape on the back is either old or deficient. Once they fell I tried to adhere it to a different wall. I washed that wall with soap and water and then rinsed the area thoroughly. Still fell after 3 days. I went to the store and bought my own 2 way tape and used that. So far they are sticking, but what a hassle.

Economical solution for organization.
Light and easy to adhere to wall. They weren’t all exactly square, so left some MINOR gaps. I’m a model railroader. In organizing a workbench area, there are hundreds of different systems for storing and retrieving small model railroad parts. Most are expensive and cumbersome. Yours was economical. I covered 28 sq ft of the wall that my workbench faces. I use small sandwich bags to push pin to the cork board. The parts are visible, easy to access and easy to organize.

Adhesive does not work
The tiles' finish on the edges is uneven, which prevents a seamless placing of the tiles. The adhesive is very poor and the tiles lift from the (clean) surface after a couple of minutes as they tend to lift. I had to secure them in place with superglue. Paying extra for the "self-adhesive" property of this product is clearly a waste of money.
