Tae Bo live volume 10 is another great workout from the Tae Bo live video collection.I do this one just as much as the other great workout.Of Course the ultimate in punching and kicking,as well as the classic knee lifts with classic cardio moves you also hear great music when you are live with Billy and the gang.This one includes killer leg work for the glutes and thighs,as you do some killer punches and kicks along with killer cardio work you move down to the floor for some killer floor work after doing it my glutes felt like they were on fire.And after getting those gluted there are killer push ups and some extreme abdominal work which also made my abdominal muscles feel like steel.After the the floor work you get back up for some more kicking and punching cardio action.Doing this hard core killer 60 minute workout to such hits as Knock On Wood and The classic disco hit Shame makes your workout even more fun and sweating fun.After doing instructional and basic Tae Bo workouts this is a great 60 minute advanced workout to try,trust me you will love it.Doing this great vigorous kicking and punching workout makes it easy for the grueling other workouts I have to do for my boxing training.My punching and my balance have actually improved after I have been doing this workout and other great Tae Bo workouts.And let me tell you ladies,I am the ultimate Tomboy but even you girls who like to wear dresses and heels this workout will give you great results so you can wear the sleeveless dresses and the mini skirts,and the high heel shoes.This is a great workout.Of Course it is live at Billy Blank`s World Training center and he is with you all the way.I really trust this workout and it has made my body better body than ever and that is good if you are a female boxing.Tae Bo rules,it is a real challenge and even if you have never did a Tae Bo video or DVD ever or any other workout even try this hard core 60 minute Tae Bo Live workout,Volume 10.But let me tell you someting it is not pilates or an easy workout you have to have the will and get get off that couch and get moving,this is from a female boxer.I know what I am talking about trust me.I fight for a living and at first this was a struggle for me.Get It And Get Started.
