Ryn Ladies RYN103 Casual Rocker Sole Walking Shoe UK4-7

I bought these as I have worn out joints on both big toes and nerves on soles get pinched and extremely painful. I could not walk... I can now walk thanks t these shoes. Pressure is now on my foot arch rather that front of foot. I am a size 3.5 and these are slightly spacious for me which is perfect, you can wiggle your toes freely.They are slightly hard as material and not the lightest shoes but I believe they will get better in a week or two.Much brighter red than I expected.Stylewise...wouldn't pick them if I didn't need them...but health and comfort before fashion...Overall, I would definitely recommend these shoes, they actually allow me to walk now, I was a right invalid for about 2 months while waiting to see a podiatrist..and these shoes seem to be doing his job...

The shoes are very well made but quite heavy, on visual I would say they are well worth the money. The leather is very stiff which makes it slightly difficult when trying to get your foot in. I have had them now I think for about 3/4 weeks and I am still trying to break them in as I still haven't got use to the rocking action there not like anything I have ever purchased in this style before. I am use to Avia shape ups which I have worn for years and they are very light with a solid rocker sole which doesn't give on walking. I tried to dye my Ryns black as I couldn't cope with them being bright red but failed miserably so I do not recommend you try this. As I tend to walk inwards on my shoes this causes an in-balance because of the sole and heel design not being solid it tends to exaggerate the problem because the sole gives on movement. I normally take a 5.5 and as they didn't have them so I bought a 6 and glad I did because I still found them rather snug around the toes. I did get another set of laces in white with them but I am still slightly disappointed with them but will have to persevere with them and try softening them up and stretching them. If you have perfect feet and walk straight I don't think you will have any problem with these shoes and they do look rather flash if you like that sort of thing.

After 100,000 steps last week. I can truthfully say, the RYN shoes are the most comfortable I’ve ever worn. They allow me to stand in the correct position whilst moving, my head & shoulders do not bow over at all anymore. I have no more neck ache! The faster I walk, the more bouncy I become...springing along with ease. Mine are the bright red & at first seem a little bulky. However, These are my main footwear now, so I shall definitely be purchasing another pair.

I'm a big fan of MBT, mainly due to joint problems. These look good and so far feel a good. You get spare laces and insoles, and they feel lighter than mbts. I think that they are a slightly wider fit that mbts - come up quite large imo.

Really comfortable and colorful. Enabling an improved posture for walking. For me have made a significant reduction knee pain and that of a fused toe. Seller extremely helpful when I needed to send size 5 back to get size6 prompt delivery.
