Endless Sparkle: 12 Crystal Components Unlimited Jewelry Designs Paperback – 17 Mar. 2011

I was intrigued by this book which is why I purchased it, because I wanted to get into bead stitching and using crystals. However, even though the instructions are very good and easy to follow, with lots of diagrams, upon attempting to make some of the designs I was disappointed. Most of the designs are very small and delicate and some do not sit well once made. I realise I'm a beginner to bead stitching and perhaps this does impact upon the finished item, but the designs are not to my taste. Also, having made the component, although the author says it can be made into beautiful jewellery, the instructions for this are not very good and rely on personal experience in bead stitching to figure out 'how to'. I also thought that once made, the components looked cheap. I did make a couple of rings that looked OK but this book will not be one I keep going back to and I may very well sell it.

I love this book!! It has so many ideas that you can put together as shown or make your own by mixing them.
