Well, that's a bit different than expected...
The only words I can use to describe this thing is "cheap", "not worth the price", and "frustrating POS*". The LEDs are definitely bright enough to project through the dome, and having multiple color LEDs to choose from is definitely a cool touch - but that dome. It's a cheesy, thin plastic material that you have to assemble over a frame (for lack of a better term) using double-sided tape that, frankly, doesn't stay stuck. Very frustrating when certain panels pop out of assembly, but not the ones closed up around the base. They really need to rethink the means of assembling the dome.In short: I cannot recommend this.*Piece Of Stuff

Awful
This was difficult to put together properly. The instructions are not well-translated. Once you have all the star panels taped together, you have to put it on the plastic mount that goes over the light and it pulls apart when you try to do this. After that, the seams block the light on the wall and unless you have close walls all around the device, most of the stars are very distorted. It's a nice idea, but I don't think it works well in this form.

Unable to assemble
This was a gift for my two oldest daughters who are both very smart and into crafting. They tried and failed repeatedly to assemble this but any time they got a new piece attached another would pop off making impossible to assemble. Instead of them getting an awesome light show in their room they got frustrated and never got the end product after dozens of tries. By then the return period was up so it was a complete waste of money and time

Not worth it!??
Not an easy assembly at all. I do not recommend this for small children it anyone with larger size hands due to the small assembly space.
