I never wanted to spend the money for this machine so for years we labored with only a dual arm Azuradisc machine. We spent thousands each year on fluid and hours of unnecessary manpower compared to the RTI. Now any of my employees can easily use the machine to repair games or DVD's. The cost for the pads and solution is a lot lower than Azuradisc. I cannot stress enough how happy we are.

Decent machine.
I bought this somewhere else, obviously, look at the price tag. But, this machine does a great job at repairing discs. The buffers never touch the edge of the disc. The machine works by pushing one of the 5 buttons. If you push 5 it will use the number 4 pad twice for very badly damaged discs. This is how it works it will make a run thru each pad once. If you push 4 it will go 4,3,2,1. This machine is kinda slow. But, hey it works really great no friction. The discs don't warp so thats a plus. Bottom line, Great machine.
