Resilmount clips.......ROCK !!!!!! So if you have a Fat up stairs neighbor, who likes to run on a tread mill, I strongly recommend replacing your sheet rock. installing sound insulation. then the sound clips, hat channel then a layer of 5/8 sheetrock. That's what happens when you get a great deal on a first floor unit!! Seriously the clips have been a great improvement !
