Arrived quickly and well packaged. Looks good and appears to be excellent value. Decent distance range. It's a spot lamp so beam not adjustable. I was disappointed it had a 2 pin mains plug and now have to use a 13amp type 3 pin adaptor when charging. It can of course be charged using the USB connection, but since the charge light is on the mains plug, there is then no way of monitoring the state of charge. UPDATE: 23/02/21 used the torch for 3 hours then plugged it into the charger. Only the green light shows, so according to the product info the battery is still fully charged. Seems unlikely after 3 hours of constant use. Now I don't know if it's fully charged or not! Will update later.

Bought it in May, and would have given it a good rating as was pleased. Now the start of October and not had a lot of use out of the torch, but it is now not working properlyNow it will not switch off, the buttons are not working. Expected the torch to last longer than 16 weeks. very disappointing.

Torch in itself seems excellent, light weight, after several hours of charging the beam is great, I live on a farm and is more than I need, HOWEVER, I gave this product a low rating because the torch is not new. Reasons: Box was so damaged (virtually destroyed, was contained in an Amazon box) and the plastic bags containing the contents had obviously been opened and the torch re rapped. The torch battery was flat, I suggest the last recipient of the torch used it until they went flat as the charger lead HAD NOT been unrolled. The lens glass was dirty AND most significant of all there was what I hope ! was CHOCOLATE stuck in the rib patterning on the torch below the handle. I'm deciding whether to return the product, the process is so difficult where I live !!!!

6000lms it says. I bought a 220lm night light which was almost as bright! Cheaply made and the quoted luminosity is massively exaggerated. I would have put up with the toy quality build, IF it was bright, but it isn't. Avoid.

Had this torch just over 3 months and it no longer works. Initially I though it was simply the battery that needed charging but after leaving it on charge then trying it again, it's absolutely dead. A complete waste of money!

I haven't used the torch as such as it is was bought as a present for someone else - seems suitably bright. Charging is via a USB charging cable (provided) with a cylindrical output connector at the torch end and a USB input at the other. For UK users, it should be noted that although a small USB charging unit/socket is provided, this is 2-pin (referred to as a 110 - 240V travel charger). From what others have said, this 2-pin charging socket shows the charging status of the torch battery (it has an LED) so if that is a required feature (probably), the USB cable would have to be plugged into the 2-pin socket provided and the 2-pin socket then plugged into a 2-pin to 3-pin converter socket and hence the mains. The 2-pin to 3-pin converter would have to be purchased separately.

Bought this for dog walking on dark winters nights. Great battery life - had it a month and still on first charge.Very bright light but quite a narrow beam.Pleased with purchase.

Very light weight, it almost feels flimsy but its so easy to carry around because its so light, It does not state in the description that it only comes with a 2 pin plug, but thats not a problem as I use my phone charger plug to plug the charger lead into, or you can buy an adaptor. The beam is very bright and its good you can dip the beam when you need to.
