The clip and 2 flexible arms give a lot of different options for covering multiple plants. The timer is nice. It has settings for 3, 9 or 12 hours. I couldn't tell any difference using it for 3 hours but 9 hours seems to be encouraging some new growth (albeit not a ton), which was the reason I bought it. I was pleasantly surprised to find that when you set the timer, it not only turns itself off, but it turns itself on again the next day. It's not ideal because its internal clock seems to think a day is something like 23 hours and 40 minutes. So every day it turn on earlier and earlier. But it's not a huge problem.It also has blue light and red light. The blue is supposed to be for growth and the red for flowering. I'm pleased enough to keep using it for now.

I am using this grow light for my ghost pepper sprouts, it works supremely well, and they are not long and leggy. I didn't give full stars because the charging block it came with was very loose and the light would become unplugged very easily, within a week it wouldn't even turn the light on. However I had an extra charging block from older phones so I plugged it into one of those and it works great! You can switch between spectrums easily. As for value for your money, I think it's worth it but the down fall is that you can't use it on a large amount of sprouts at once, it's better used for giving house plants more light if they need it. Really love it so far though.

I definitely did not expect to see this much improvement in my plants in such a short amount of time!! I’ve only had this light for a week and I can already tell that my plants LOVE IT. I tend to have a hard time keep my indoor plants alive and could tell a lot of them were starting to suffer as it’s started to get darker out much earlier. I can tell a huge difference in the color off all my houseplants and, like you can see in the photos, theres already been a bit of new growth! Love the timer and light options/settings and the lights make our spare bedroom look really cool at night, so another plus. Great quality for the price so far and the lights do stay at cool, even if on all day, as the description states. So happy I decided to purchase this one!!

This item comes in a really neat triangular shaped box. Everything inside is wrapped really well in plastic for more nicks or scratches on your brand new item. The clip is super strong and I had to use both hands to open it to clip to the table edge. It's very heavy duty and should last a long time. The flex lines are strong but malleable; you can move them anywhere within reach and they will stay where you put them. The timer is a manual set every day but it does turn off by itself. The lights are bright but LED so they'll take less power. Comes with USB and AC adapter which makes it easy to move because you probably have a ton already. I love the flexibility of this light. It's very well made.

The lights work wonderfully -- we use them to grow basil at the juice bar that I manage. Today, however, the adapter for the wall outlet started flashing red and the light controls are also flashing. The lights will not turn on unless I remove the wall adapter and plug the lights directly into a USB port. Perhaps this is an overheating issue? I do not have the manual, so I'm not sure exactly what's going on. Besides that, the lights are fantastic and do their job well. I suppose I'll have to purchase a separate wall adapter that doesn't malfunction.

Bought this to help my flower seeds grow. Not sure if it is actually making a difference or not in their germination rate however it is nice and bright and the color changing function is nice. The clamp is very heavy duty, the only thing that I have noticed is that the plug fits kind of loosely into my outlets. Haven't had a problem with it though, I just wouldnt stretch the cord too far otherwise it might get pulled out.

Had this for a couple months now, so this is a more legit review based on patient results.I'm using the lights on about 6 different species at the moment. However, my spider plant has made the most ridiculous progress in this time! See attached photos.Great price. Only complaint is that you have to set this timer every day, but that's not too terrible, as I like rest days and I'm sure they do too. Give your plants some love for filtering your air!Note: These are real pictures! Look at the waxy new growth on after shot. I'm sure it effects types of plants differently of course, but experiment with light level and heights. Make sure to watch water!

Understanding professionally educated in disciplines that understand the description for this product and needs for indoor limits for live plants, I purchased skeptical by my ideas nothing beats the real thing!!Of had I not purchased the real plants would never been as healthy and beautiful in my limited ideal places. I admit not having it would never regained confidence to purchase plants other wise used artificial succulents. EtcIt was affordable and humble compared to other options however, it sure has proven my moto used for these situations ( usually for athletics) " its not the dog in the fight, rather the fight in the dog!:) It has impressed me and recommending it is my pleasure!
