I think so. I feed it to crickets and my roaches. Both do great on it and my birds and reptiles do well on the insects. You could contact Josh's Frogs directly, they have a website and an customer service line.

That would depend on what you are feeding - crickets or roaches. And how many you are feeding I fed it to roaches and they did very well with it. Would also depend on what else you feed. I fed my roaches oranges and bananas so my dry food lasted a long time.

It is alfalfa based and all natural. It'll be great for your crickets.
