The images provided doesn't show that the cloth part does not have velcro attached to it. you have to tuck it in very carefully after wrapping it around your arm, so its a bit difficult to use, other than that, it is a reliable product

good product ,got it checked from doctor .recommended for precise BP readings compared to anyexpensive branded digital pump operated instrument .Easy to handle ,but need to develop little skill for a begginer to read pulse / beats

recieved a used one, return already done awaiting the refund initiation.
first the scale was inverted readings instead of starting from bottom started on the top of the scale while the one received as a replacement had its lock broken and also was a used dirty piece
