BS Anime School Uniforms [Plus size Sailor Suits] 1X-5X (14-32)

I'm 5'6, 34F, with 41-31-39 proportions and while I loooooove this outfit (1x)... The skirt is way too big! I was hoping to wear it short and at my waist, but as is it rides really low on my hips, which is a very different look, and is still kinda loose. The shirt is also a bit loose, but a cute/comfortable loose, not tight fitting. It's definitely made of a costume material and is kinda artificial feeling, and the bow is safety pinned on, but honestly it's a good look for the price and all the visible edges are tidy. Not sure whether I'm going to return it or get it tailored....

Fit perfectly! I'm a size 12, but since it's Asian fashion, I thought it'd be better if I get a plus size so it could fit me better. I got a 1X and everything fit perfectly! The skirt is a bit short and you have the pin the ribbon on the shirt. Honestly, I really liked it as my first seifuku ever bought. I'm an L in shirts, can fit into an M. For pants, my waist is usually 29~32" depending on the store. I don't really use thigh-highs or knee-highs, so I can't really comment on that. But overall, great experience!

Bought this to make a cosplay around it, but I ended up buying this in 2 sizes too big, so I ended up tailoring the skirt. First off: THIS IS NOT WELL MADE OR GOOD QUALITY. The material is cheap and see through, there were a lot of loose threads, and some of the seams were wonky. I make clothes as well, so I guess I'm very not picky about that, but I nearly spent $50 on this.... I was hoping for a thicker material. The top is quite stretchy and thin... not right for his kind of top. I feel like if they used better fabric I wouldn't be complaining.... but they never make this kinda stuff in plus sizes so maybe that's even too much to ask.

I was afraid this would be way too small due to bad experiences with other Asian manufacturers that claim to sell plus sizes on Amazon, so I ordered this a size larger than what the measurements listed by the manufacturer (not the generic Amazon size chart) indicated for my measurements. That was definitely too large, though if I'd sized down the skirt would have been too short for my 5'5" height. I do have a big booty though, so if you don't carry your weight in the hips and butt it might not be an issue for you.The size I should have picked would still be listed as larger than my US size, so don't let the size number fool you. Just go by your measurements and you'll be fine.The quality of the material was better than expected, and I will definitely keep checking back to see what else this seller comes up with now that I know their items will fit me.

I was honestly really worried that this uniform wouldn't fit but it's great! The top fits perfect, the skirts a tad big but fits really well. The only problem is that the skirt is a little short so I'd definitely suggest wearing small shorts underneath. They also sent me a little doggy headphone wrap with it too!

The skirt is NOT true to size. I got a 3x/4x and it legit wouldn't go over my hips. The shirt on the other hand, in this size, was too big. I was so excited for this. ): I doubt they'll make it right.

Now, my 'too large' part is mostly about the skirt. The shirt fits snugly, as I expected from it and wanted, but the skirt doesn't fit at all. With it fully zipped up, I can glide it all the way up over my stomach that the shirt is tightly fitting, let go of the skirt and it just falls to the floor. I know my tummy is bigger than my waist, so the fact I can glide it passed my stomach and have it slide completely off by very lightly breathing out is saddening. The socks that came with it, which I didn't really plan on using, don't fit at all. They have issues stretching wide enough around my calves that are easily smaller than their models thighs.Overall, the outfit is so weirdly sized. I can't say it fit too small because the skirt is way too big, but I can't say it's too big either because the shirt fits very snug and the socks don't fit at all.

The size I ordered was a bit too big, if I had ordered my size (XXL-1X tops, 2X for bottoms, so 2X would've worked) I would say these run pretty true to size, perhaps ordering a size up if you're very curvy like I am. The price is steep for what I would consider a halloween costume, the construction and fabric are quite cheap. The top is nice and stretchy though, the skirt is short but that's what I expected (only made shorter with the size of my behind, lol) All in all, it makes sense to buy if you're not sewing-savvy. But if you are, like I am, I would just put the money into materials and make a nicer version.
