Great knife
Works perfectly for my husbands Texas barbecue! He’s been wanting to try one of these and was excited to give it a try. We had nicely sliced brisket that had smoked on the pit for twenty hours. Yum yum!

Good knife, and easy to hold, but didn’t keep an edge after using once.
Great knife but it didn’t keep its edge well. I used it once to cut some smoked tri-tip and it was great. The second time I used it to cut a brisket that I smoked and it was like it didn’t have an edge at all.

Sharp right out of package. Exactly what I expected.
