I will say it's a excellent cat feeder , i has been using it for a week, so far so good.Easy to operate and program.Timed automatic feeding to prevent cat wake you up for food in the morning；And large-capacity container is very effective to avoid filling up every day.Thumbs up ！

It worked well at first and gave peace of mind when we weren’t home, but slowly it became less and less reliable. Lately it hasn’t been dispensing food despite it being full and set. You can hear it trying to work, but nothing happens or just a couple pieces come out. I even test it ahead of time and that will work, but then when it’s actually time to eat, nothing happens. Very disappointed.

I am well impressed with this feeder. It was well packaged, arrived early, and has a really nice look.Time and Feed Set-Up instructions could have been better so, that took me a while to figure out (and I am fairly good at things like that). Time is based on 24 hour clock, so a 11pm feed is 2300 hours. I have only had this for one day but thus far I am well impressed.My cat free feeds and has a problem with gorge eating (then purging) and I have tried every type of slow bowl even making my own. All, while have worked, have been frustrating for both of us.Recently, we have tried small meals several times a day, and that has worked for him. Sadly, I can not always be home to ensure that he gets his food. This feeder has solved those problems for us with the smaller meals throughout the day. The plus is the feeder bowl. It is well designed so that the food spreads out and is not clumped in a pile thus, he can not gorge huge mouthfuls of food.As my cat Free Feeds, I have not used the Record feature, so I can not comment on that.It has four feeder schedules, a fifth would have been better. Even without a fifth feed, this is a feeder that I highly recommend especially if your pet has a gorging problem.

It's challenging to program and the recording feature doesn't work - and it's brand new!

It came with a small instruction handout. I was able to program my dog's feeding schedule just fine. I think this is probably more suitable for cats. I can see my dog pushing it over eventually.Update: I found a much better dog feeder. So I had to lower the overall rating.

The instructions were a bit vague; but after you work with it for a bit you'll get the hang of it.

Not reliable at all. Only used once with new batteries and power adapter. When turned off and left plugged it it lost the correct time. The instructions are horrible and way to vague to fully understand. Took me an hour just to figure out how to reset the correct time. Not worth the price. Much better choices out there. We bought two so waisted 180 bucks less than a month old. Do not buy or rely on this feeder for your pets!!!!!!!

The perfect automatic feeder for your pet! Just set the timer and it's ready to go. You can even record your own voice. We just got back from our vacation and we left the feeder for our cats and it worked perfectly! I don't have to leave them with extra food anymore and hope they don't eat too much. This solves all my problems. Thank you!
