Same product as I used in physical therapy. Lightweight and challenging for my balance practice. Can take it when I travel too. Pleasing blue color. Sturdy. Recoils well from the pressure of standing on it. I made a silly mistake and kept it momentarily near the baseboard heater and it now has the footprint of my sneaker insole. Wasn’t flammable, just warmed. It’s more useful to practice balance than the gadgets they sell for hundreds of dollars to rock back and forth on. Small pamphlet included provides additional ideas to challenge yourself. Worth it. Included stretch strap can be used for stretching but it has the metal loop on the end and is actually one of the belts that the therapist puts around your waist to hold onto you so you can’t fall. You may not need it at home but it is an added bonus.

This pad has really helped me strengthen my ankles and get better at balancing!!

Very sturdy I thought it would be a bit thicker for my balance training. The pad is larger then others which helps for weight shifting exercises.

Amazon messed up the delivery but I messaged Pete's and they sent a replacement right away. It's great and works well for my physical therapy.

My first experience with the balance pad was incredibility positive & I could tell I would benefit from this product. It is everything it is advertised as a product & more. The booklet that came with recommended ways to use the pad which I am able to adopt to my needs/use. For good measure I contacted the support email address to make sure I had all the instructions for use & the response was within 24hrs. I explained how I wanted to incorporate the balance pad during my work day with my adjustable desk & add'l recommendations/suggestions were made that really helped. I will most likely be purchasing another extra large pad so I can keep one at my desk. I first found out about this product from the Bob & Brad physical therapists you tube videos. Thank you so much for all the fantastic support, products & doing this so fantastically online. A very happy consumer now living with less pain. :-)

I love this. I stand on it and do balance exercises. I also use it for my knees when I do yoga. It's portable, easy to store and just the right size. I got an extra large because I wanted to be able to stand in various poses. It's durable too. Great product.

I needed more at-home, vestibular PT work post-concussion. The XL pad is long enough to fit my size women 6.5 feet heel to toe and side by side. It’s a nice thick pad. The spring and support are good. It bears my weight well. Stores neatly in the corner. Great purchase!

I like this product, it is sturdy and really appreciated the free strap, I use both daily with my PT exercises. I use this for a chair riser as my knees need more height to rise.

This pad is great for adding comfort and protection to your knees in poses such as tiger pose, gorakhasana, kneeling planks and camel pose. This do also add comfort for the mukta hasta sirsasana family of headstands, including tripod headstand.

Opérée du dos et 78 ans je manquais d'equilibre. Ce tapis me permet de prolonger chez moi les exercices faits chez le kine. Super ! Je progresse et ça le stimule.Bonnes dimensions. Cependant ce tapis manque un peu de souplesse et il fait du bruit quand je marche dessus.

Cercavo una tavola propriocettiva che mi consentisse di poggiare entrambi i piedi alla larghezza delle spalle in modo da poter lavorare alternando l’appoggio! Le dimensioni lo consentono e lo spessore mette a dura prova l’equilibrio consentendo di lavorare bene.
