Extended the life of old chair
Took less than 5 mins to remove old wheel and replace with new, used on two different chairs to keep them in use rather than throwing away, well worth the money.No idea how long they last though, but seem sturdy enough so far.

These are so easy to move on carpets.

Not suitable for any of my office chairs
These wheels are cost effective and robust but they are not suitable for any of my (3) office chairs. The metal insert studs are too wide (11mm). My measurement suggests they are closer to 12mm. So despite on time delivery and a very competitive price they must be returned.

Good product, fits perfectly, and easy to install. The wheels are plastic with a softer rubber strip. Good value for the price, so I’m getting another set. I just had them installed and will follow up if any issues arise once we start using the product.
