Helped me have my best and longest lucid dreams ever, by far!
With the help of the "Wake Back to Bed" technique and taking some other supplements, both before going to bed and also when getting up in the middle of the night, I've had some wonderful, long and stable lucid dreams. Here are two posts I made on reddit, on r/LucidDreaming:=============Just had my best lucid dream ever! Background: I had had only two or three lucid dreams in my life until about 10 years ago when I tried galantamine. The first few times I took it I had buzzy vibrations like crazy (in a pleasant, out-of-body kind of way) and had very vivid, and very lucid dreams. (Unfortunately I can't determine what brand the galantamine was ... have never had anything quite like that since!). That apparently kicked something loose, because since then I've been able to have lucid dreams without galantamine, once a month or so. This is usually, but not always, the result of doing WBTB (Wake Back To Bed). And a couple times a year when I'm in the mood I'll try galantamine, which works for me maybe half the time.Disclaimer: Please don't get the idea that you can just take a pill and have a lucid dream. You still need to follow much of the advice you'll see in this forum, such as a certain amount of meditation, intention setting, WBTB or other technique, etc. Some people may feel it's wrong to use any supplement to help with lucid dreaming, but for me it's been good, because I don't think I would be having any lucid dreams (or hardly any) if I hadn't first used it to "show me how", so to speak. And even if you decide to try supplements, keep in mind I am not a doctor of any sort, so please do not assume what worked for me would work for you, or would even be safe for you. I am simply recording what worked for me.Anyway ...Last night I ate dinner about 8pm, and had one drink. At 1:30am took:Vitamin B6 (50mg)Lithium (1mg)L-Glutamine (500mg)Lecithin (1200mg)Magnesium (100mg)Alpha-GPC (600mg total)I take these supplements most nights.Went to bed, setting my alarm for 5:45am (for WBTB).Woke to the alarm and partly wanted to just stay in bed, but thought to myself, No, I wanted to do this, let’s do it, so got up for just a few minutes and took:Vitamin B6 (50mg)Lecithin (1200mg)Alpha-GPC (300mg)Galantamine (8mg total, Relentless Improvement brand)Dozed for a bit, then had a looong beautifully detailed lucid dream. My previous lucid dreams have lasted a minute or two at most, while this one lasted (subjectively of course) 10-20 minutes or more. So you can see why I would call this my best LD ever! And the lucidity level was nice and stable: throughout the dream I was always lucid, felt excited but relatively calm, and never worried about waking up or having the lucidity slip away and throw me back into a regular dream.I could think analytically about the lucidity, and try experiments. For instance, when I tried to make a person appear, it didn't work, but if I chose a person in the dream and asked them to change into someone different, it did work. "Interesting," I thought ... so then I looked at a tile on a wall and changed it to be something else as well.It was all very pleasurable, and I won't relate everything that happened or everything I did, but here's a bit from my dream journal towards the end:I heard beautiful choir-like singing (not NAD-like, however) and entered an open air area where a choir of young people were singing on a raised platform, facing towards the horizon. They had gold or silver ornamentations, almost like sculptures, in their blond hair. I was amazed at the beauty of the singing, of them singing towards the evening sky stretched out to the horizon. “It’s like something out of the Bible,” I thought. “Like a vision of heaven.”My body moved (IRL) and that caused me to slowly wake up. It was about 7:45am, so I'd slept a little less than 2 hours. I felt marvelous!------Just an update ... last night I tried pretty much the same thing (WBTB, same dosages, ...) and although this time it took me two hours to go back to sleep (and I almost gave up and got up for the day) I finally went back to sleep and had another very long, stable and pleasurable lucid dream. In this one, on two occasions I seemed to have woken up and was walking around my room, a little disappointed that the dream was over. But I had to admit that, yep, I was back in real life and the dream was over. It felt so obviously "real" there was no doubt. But, wait ... there's something that doesn't look quite right ... the carpet isn't there. Could this still be a dream? Wow! It sure doesn't feel like it but it must be! And then I was back to making things happen and having a very enjoyable time.

amazing
hello dreamers out there i wanted to say some of my experience and this amazing product ; i had my first lucid just dream three months ago and one of best experiences i've ever had in my life, ever since then i' ve been reading about it and is funny i've never read so much about anything in my entire life , it was just so real that i even thought ; how's that i never knew anything about it :0 i wish i knew before cause since i was i little i was able ro recall dreams and remember them easy ,i order some products online so i started with Calea Zacatechichi extract two full droppers before i fall sleep and had no effects am not saying it doesn't work but is not for the inpatient , i used to smoke weed and i stopped ,u definately get to dream more when u dont , so going lucid once was enough to get me off from smoke ,and yup i had to say i struggle a bit to stop smoking but going lucid was just brilliant so guessing it was a good thing to stopped, i feel great i run more this days and and feeling more sharp :O i didn't quit completely smoke i do it once in a while on the weekends and despite the good sleep u get ... i rather had some flying time in the sky out there or somewhere i want at the speed of superman :) weed and alcohol does prevent you from dreaming i drink very little this days i dont like being hangover since sometime ago , i started using lucidime 1 pill just 2 hrs before bed cause stimulates ur brain preventing you to fall sleep easily and i noticed i had dreams with it but kinda short and not very memorable so i had 2 tablets last night of galantamine 4 mg each ,it wasn't easy to fall sleep but once i started feeling tired and relax i almost knew i was gonna go lucid and i totally did (amazing) i had 2 very long dreams that i was really able to recall after waking up with even details of it , i wrote down like 6 pages about it on my journal rite after i woke up , it was really vivid and almost like i was there one of them was scary but i don't get scared no more cause ever since i went lucid the first time i had the idea in my mind that no matter what i dream about or nightmares i will be fine i can do crazy things with no social or physical consequences and I am the one in control and when i have nightmares i can say i almost have fun or i learned from it ,i had a nightmare that became a dream that a serial killer was chasing me on the street and there was nobody around suddenly i realized i was lucid and i turned around from running so i could take a look at his face to see who he was ,hes face looked blurry he was wearing a hoodie, i turned peacefully to even ask what was he gonna do now that i knew what was goin on (lucid time ) and almost saw him getting dissappointed putting his head down and walk away i just laugh so much that almost woke up hahaha ; i know it was part of my subconscious and my awareness to make that happened the more confidence the u have on ur self while dreaming the best ur dreams become , lucid dreaming takes practice and requires patience this product really works for me ,the other lucid dream inducers products works slowly on me but galantamine is the one i think it makes a difference ,think pills dont get you lucid is up to one self to get to it but this helps; u might not going lucid but definitely makes your dreams more vivid and colorfull , after months of trying to go lucid every night with out pills of anykind just reading and learning about techniques found out that using this product helps a lot a real kick into the dream world and is awesome its just different way to have some brilliant fun while sleep waking up in the morning with no secondary effects and fully rested ii dont know if works well for everyone but is worth it to give it a try , it hope this helps for all the amigo dreamers out there ..sweet dreams :D

Aids Memory, Helps Dream Rememberance
I began taking this, off and on (due to cost), a few years back to assist with dream remembrance, and noted that it seems to help my memory in general. This stuff works, but I really, Really wish it weren't so expensive. Still, I keep coming back to it so it is obviously worthwhile to me. The tablets are fairly tiny; no issue at all swallowing them. This is an ingredient in numerous lucid-dreaming supplements as well. The cost is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars.
