This is exactly what I’ve been looking for! Thick durable material that is soft enough for your face that isn’t going to start falling apart after you use it one time. I also was pretty hyped that it also came with a basic “silky” mask and ear buds also! The Velcro on the back is covered with enough overhang fabric that it’s not going to catch your hair when you put it on or take it off. It also is large enough that it covers more than just the eyes, it actually covers the whole surface of your upper face so it’s perfect for helping with migraines or headaches.

Comfortable to use and soft.

It fits nice and stays cool long I like the soft and cold feature.

This was the fifth cooling gel mask that I tried. The others ended up ripping along the seams and I would wake up with gel beads all over myself and my bed.I suffer from chronic migraines and always need one handy and TILCO’s is perfect. The mask covers my forehead and I can position it vertically so that it covers my left eye and the portion of my head throbbing from the migraine. It also helps with sinus pressure.The mask itself is made VERY well. The mask also came with a plain silky mask and ear plugs which are also nice.They have exceptional customer service. I made a mistake on my part by freezing it for too long and a small part opened. I used the warrantee and TILCO gladly replaced my mask without charge. I still kept the one with the small rip that I fixed with a small strip of duct tape to keep as back up.My only criticism: the mask does not stay cold as long as the other ones I’ve owned, but those also broke. I think it’s easier to have more than one of their masks so you have a backup when that headache won’t stop.Suggestion: make these in black! The blue one keeps some light out, but black would totally cancel it out. My boyfriend falls asleep with the TV on and the blue doesn’t keep out the glow.All in all, great product and great customer service. I highly recommend this mask.

It helps quickly to relieve and cool my eyes when tired, I love that there is a soft fabric on one size and a silicone on the other. Also great for the back of my neck when I'm having a hot flash - sore muscles.Also great to get a very comfortable silk sleep mask and ear plugs that are included for free.

I used this the second day after eye surgery. The first day we used crushed ice. This was so much easier because it only takes an hour to freeze and it was more comfortable on my eyes. Also, you can mold it around your eyes to get a great fit. Love it!

I love this gel eye mask better than those ones with gel bubbles. This eye mask stays cool for at LEAST a good 20 minutes. It'll stay cool longer, but I don't need it longer than that. I am very happy with this eye mask. It sells for a VERY decent price.

The mask is comfortable, with a good stretch to the headband & the cloth on one side. My biggest complaint is that it doesn't stay cold very long. Even when I flip to the side without the cloth cover, the gel has already started warming up. That's disappointing. But it does offer cool relief, albeit briefly.
