Mix with milk not water
Bought the strawberry flavour rotten with water mix it with milk 300-400ml . Bodyweight starting 110.2kg. Eating 4084 cals a day for 4 weeks including 600 from this and another 200 from milk. 800 cal shake . After 4 weeks weighed in a 112.6 kg. Keep in mind eating well and having this as well as your food can be beneficial . I compete in the 120kg class in powerlifting and this has definitely helped me put on a bit of mass

So, so good!
DY nutrition is honestly the best for suppliments, notice an increase in clean weight gain. Flavours are great too, and these mix so well, not leaving clumps or grit like a lot of other proteins.

overpriced and comparable to competition; mix-ability is very poor
the year and a half on the market has proved this is no game changer; if you follow the recommendations of the powder to liquid ratio you have to use a blender as an average shaker bottle will not manage...'best ingredients and formulas' is another misleading statement - !! DY himself is rather careful about simplifying and generalising statements such as theseI have noticed the labels focused on astonishing the buyers by maximising the impact of misleading numbers - The large numbers on the label only have that goal - mislead and hook - never showing how much of the key ingredients the powder contains per 100 g so it is not easy to know how it compares to the competition unless you go through the small print and do your maths; the use of the big scoops allows the bold claims that make it look like this powder is somehow many more times concentrated than others..'zero fillers' /'all the calories' contribute towards building lean muscle tissue!?!, NOT just general ‘mass‘"!?! - is the most non-sensical and misleading statement of them all - anyone knowledgeable of nutrition for sports knows that most of the calories here are from sources of carbohydrates which cannot build any muscle in your body whatsoever; they merely top up your energy levels and allow you to train hard. And although protein and carb have like for like yield of calories 4g per calories the calories themselves will not 'provide the muscle'. It is the moderate amount of proteins that have to be first broken down to amino acids and then re-synthesized to human body proteins that allow you to build some [muscle] tissue.30 servings in 3kg is not massive achievement. the enormous amount of powder per recommended amount of liquid suggests the opposite - however, because of the presence of the star hy carbs this requires a very good blender to turn the mixture into a liquid one can 'drink'. my experience is that if you do not have it straight away it will very quickly turn into a superb glue.
