Fits my Ender 3
Destroyed my Ender 3 build surface, so I needed a new one quick. Bought this one, and it's the exact size of my stock one. Issue I have is that while the stock one was magnetic, this one was not. It comes in two parts, the surface and the magnetic part you have to attach to the bed. The magnetic sheet has an adhesive part on the back that you attach to the bed itself. Then the build surface will magnetically attach to that. Didnt want to do that, so I just use the binder clips I have to attach it instead. Still works nicely and PLA sticks well.

So far so good...
This is a "quality of life" improvement more than anything else.It works great for lower temp filament; PLA etc. Prints peel right off after their done. The bottom layer isn't as good as glass, but I'll take it over having to clean glue etc. It doesn't work very good for higher bed temp filaments. It is possible though. If you clamp it down and use a higher bed temp. The problem is not all edges of this surface touch the printers build plate so it cools too easily. I wouldn't trust it to multiple hour prints. But I was able to manage with hour long prints. The installation was easy. I aligned two corners, then removed the sticker backing, as you applied the magnetic base, while pushing from the inside out.

Think magnets, but it works
I have magnetic beds on all 4 of my Monoprice Select Plus printers and decided I "NEEDED" them for my Enders as well. Purchased these bed kits and while they certainly do the job they're intended for, they could be a bit "sturdier" I guess. The magnets are thin and I don't see them lasting very long. The convenience factor though makes me give them 4 stars, nothing could be easier than popping prints off these magnetic sheets.

So far it works great!
Model comes off very easy... Putting the adhesive plate on straight was a little harder than I thought it would be... But anyone with more than three brain cells should do fine!

Easy but weak magnet
I looked how easy it was to install on my printer, but the magnet isn't quite strong enough to keep it from sliding back and forth. I ended up taping the edges... which kind of defeats the point?

I personally love this print surface
It’s hard to find nice print bed surfaces with a slight texture. Buildtak rips easily, but luckily I’ve found this! Since then I’ve purchased over 20 of these, they eventually wear out after approx 30 prints. But overall, I love this and prefer it to the stock Ender magnetic surface.

Works great, a little difficult to line up square
Once I got this laid out square and flat it was awesome. I had trouble getting it to lay square to the bed, then found out I should have used a light mist of window cleaner underneath the magnetic surface. Instructions would have helped.

Useless.
This “magnetic” build surface was the absolute worst. I thought the original Creality surface was bad that came with the Ender 3 Pro, but this is much worse. There is absolutely zero magnetism between both parts. I first tried to sit it on the original Creality bed and there was no attraction, so I tried it against its own counterpart and had the same result. I had to use a small amount of glue stick BETWEEN the parts that are supposedly magnetic and binder clips to hold it down on the edges... the purpose of a magnetic build surface is to not use binder clips. Prints also do not adhere to this without using a glue. I printed in nothing but PLA with a bed temperature of 70 degrees and after the fourth print, the adhesive gave out and the surface separated from its “magnetic” backing. I have another printer that I use a name brand’s spring steel magnetic surface on and that works fantastic. This product on the other hand is absolute garbage and not worth even the low price.
