Don’t apply any oils, gels or lotions as they may prevent wax from properly adhering to the hair 2.Put an appropriate amount of hard wax beans into pot 3.Heat until hard wax beans are completely melted 4.Using a wooden applicator to spread a layer of wax on the skin along the direction of hair growth. (Make sure to test the temperature of the wax before pouring it onto your body!) When applying the wax leave the edges slightly thicker for easy removal 5.Wait until wax is hard then holding the skin taut, peel it off rapidly against the direction of hair growth. Before the wax is removed, tap it a couple of times to check it has set and is ready to be removed Tips 1.Don’t put water in the pot 2. Make sure the wax is not too hot before applying to the skin 3. Don't wax broken or irritated skin 4.The thickness of spreading wax should be among 0.2cm to 0.5cm to insure best results 5.Wait 2 hours after waxing before you take a shower, exercise, or sun bathe. 6.If you are on medication that affects skin or have a skin related disorder, consult your doctor before use 6.Keep the wax beans out of reach of childre If it is your first time using this product, please first test it on a small patch of the skin, if after 24 hours there is no allergic reaction, you can proceed with the full application. If you suffered an adverse reaction, please apply aloe Vera gel on your skin and do not use this product in future.

I recently got a wax warmer so I can use for personal use, and the hard wax that went with it was not good at all. I had a feeling that would happen so I ordered this based on the great reviews, and I do NOT regret it.Though it has a strong plastic smell, it was quick to melt and quick to dry on the skin; and you don’t need a lot, a little goes a long way when using it on the face. It removed hair beautifully, and it’s a definite a must have.

This was ok for the price, definitely would not buy again. It leaves behind wax & just because it doesn’t really harden. Is still super soft even when it dries. It does the job after multiple tries. It also kind of ripped my skin.

Not satisfied at all .. you have to wait a while for it to get hard before pealing it off. To bad I opened it or it would be going back

Waste of $$. NOT hard wax, will not remove hair.
I normally never write a bad review for these types of products as I am familiar with their use> However, I tried this new wax out for the first time and it's far too gummy and soft to use. I needed to go over the area AGAIN and again to properly remove the hair. Very little hair removal first time around. This is not how this product should be used. I should only have to pass on the area one time to remove the hair.Want to ask for my money back, and will not buy this product again.

You Get What You Pay For
Not a fan of the wax beans. They do not remove cleanly and do not adhere to the hair very well (waxed underarms, bikini and legs). I had to go over the same area 3-4 times to remove 50% of the hair. I do not recommend.

Not hard wax!!
I do not typically give bad reviews on a product and I hate to do so... but this product is no good. These are NOT hard wax beans. It takes forever for the wax to cool and harden, and it never truly hardens. It does not remove the hair... I had to wax the same spot 6 times to get anywhere remotely close to being hair free. Very disappointed.

Good for the price
While it is a good product for the price I have noticed it doesn't seem to pick up the hairs as well as some of my other waxes.
