I'd absolutely recommend this workbook to anyone in the process of figuring out their next, best career move including students and career changers! Bolles' flower model helps you to paint a holistic picture of what you want, need, and can bring to careers of interest. I worked with a coach using this workbook, which was transformative, but it truly stands just as well by itself!

I didn’t realize this was not the full book. I purchased the Kindle edition, then realized I wanted a paper copy to flip back-and-forth through. This is just a small workbook with the main exercise in it.

don't need the book, it's outdated due to covid, and mostly borrows employment data that you can find yourself. buy the workbook, it's cheaper, and you will get as much from the workbook + google searches, free webinars and ted talks.

I've known about What color is you parachute for many years. (Buy the latest year's issue. That's very important) I bought this latest one for my grand-son in law and have given this book as a gift, many times. It helped me, way back when I was needing help putting together a resume, but also gave me the background information of where and how to get it seen. With todays mentality of, "e-mail your resume" along with 1,000 other people to the same place, this book is just what you need for inside secrets, to be a cut above and get the job you want.

The workbook is very helpful! I'm really glad I bought it. And has diagrams and pages large enough to write on. And if I ran out of space I was able to make a copy and use it.

I bought the book as well as this workbook. Saving my life as I'm going through a career change at 53 and had no idea what I wanted or could do when I grow up. I'm golden!

Bought this to go along with a book for class and have enjoying qorking on these pages a lot. Its a great way to do self discovery and find out what a peraon truly wantz to do with their career.

Great resource to identify character traits and occupational resources. Shows a non conventional way of connecting with jobs and employers

Fantastic resource. I found that this is the main bulk of the textbook so I wouldn't say this is essential, the main text book is fine and has all the content verbatim. But it was nice to access.

It's very thin but the exercises in it are very helpful. I did not actually read the book it accompanies because I read "The Career Guide for Creative and Unconventional People". This work book was suggested and it's well worth the money!

Helpful for finding out about my personality and interests

Very structured and easy to follow, a great bit of insight into yourself in a work context and good exercises to tease out your attributes. A useful tool when considering a change of job or career.
