Good bottle, tight top
This is a fun sports bottle and very durable. I love that you can turn the cover top and it pops the straw out. I got this in blue. The problems I have with this bottle is that sometimes it's hard to open and close the straw. My hands and wrists are arthritic and it's tight to prevent spillage. This is a problem for me, and not so much against the company Also I dont know how to pull out the sipping part of the straw to really clean, so we just soak for a while, we clean what we can of it with a straw cleaning brush. I like also that the measurements are down the side of the bottle so you know your intake. Overall I am quite happy with this, just think those two things could be addressed, mostly the straw cleanliness factor

Cap is much lighter grey in reality and the lid breaks easily
This works just fine. When people say that it is too difficult to suck the water out, there must be a problem with the valve (and I would ask for a replacement in that case). But with ours, even our 2.5 year-old has no problem whatsoever drinking out of it. Also, the straw really goes to the very bottom and we've had no leakage problems so far. The only reason I don't really want to give 5 stars is because of the looks. The cap is much brighter grey in reality which makes it look somewhat cheap. It looks much better on the picture, IMHO. I know, many people won't care, but hey, 5 stars is only for perfect, right?UPDATE: I have to downgrade this to two stars because the little nipple on the spout that you need to flip it open just broke off (six weeks after purchase). We didn't use any special force, just normal use. I'd say it's a design flaw because even when the nipple was still there it was somewhat difficult to open it (our daughter only succeeded when she was patient enough), but now you need your fingernails or some object to open it. :-(

Excellent water bottle
This is the water bottle I have been waiting for...and I have several that sit in the back of the cabinet, never to be used. This bottle is easy to hold (I am a woman with average sized hands). It fits in the cup holder of my car, so it's not too big on the bottom. The top is large enough to easily put ice cubes in, and the lid fits very well. The flip-up straw device works well. It will leak a little if upside down, but I don't expect miracles, so I am very happy. This has become my everyday water or ice tea container.

nice but not spill proof
Meh. The bottle itself is nice.... But its not spillproof by any means. The floor of my car is soaked because it didn't fit my cupholder... So I set it on the floor of the passenger seat. Worst idea ever.I gave it 3 stars because I do like the cup and I use it every day... But I can't bring it anywhere because it will spill.

I like it but have just one complaint
I like it but have just one complaint-- you can't tighten it completely and still draw water through the straw. I guess it makes too tight a seal. So you have to unscrew it a bit to work it. A little weird but I've gotten used to it.

Simplicity counts!
I purchased this for my husband who is legally blind. He sees contast but little else. This enabled him to fill his own container with grape juice as well as water. The flip lid also allowed him to 'feel' for opening and closing the lid. With the lid closed, he does not have to worry about spilling the contents if it is accidentally knocked over. While many may prefer the more complicated (fancy) water bottles, this one is perfect for our needs. I am grateful someone 'kept it simple'.

Needs work...
Most disappointed in the straw. It doesn't reach the bottom of the container. It is short by half an inch. Not sure why I bought a bottle that had a straw anyway as they are so hard to clean! Medium weight plastic, I have owned much sturdier ones. It does hold liquids and fits in the cup holder.

Lid broke, but they replaced it!
Only lasted 2.5 months and then the little piece of plastic used to flit the straw broke making it almost impossible to right the straw after pushing it down.UPDATE:NutraWork saw my review and mailed me a new lid! It's great they stand behind their products and replace defective items!
