Svord Kitchen Utility Ash Wood, One Size

I'm an amateur chef and for the kitchen, I demand some pretty decent blades and this thing does it all. Great utility knife for all the little things that need to be prepped, chopping vegetables, you name it, it has a place. The blade came fairly sharp, Just needed a little bit of sharpening. It is recommended to use a sharpening stone or a Diamond steel to sharpen this guy, not a sharpener that you have to run the blade through. Ive worked at various little dives in my past as a prep cook and chef and this knife hangs with the best of them. It has a great look to it and feels great, it will be your new cooking buddy!IMPORTANT!!! be sure to take care of this knife, always wash with warm water and DRY Thoroughly, Otherwise rust will form. After use, wash it, dry and put on a dab of olive oil. It is not stainless steel, these are carbon steel blades that will last forever if you treat them right, just like cast iron pans, there is a science to it!10/10 will be buying more, Mom loves it, Brother loves it!!!
