Terrible, this is a quality patch with the wrong backing on it! they have the smooth backing on it so it will not stick to normal velcro smooth side on all garments and items! I had to put the rough side from velcro I had and stick it to this smooth side. Wow what a manufacturing snafu!

Ironic that my blood type is "Be positive" and im such a cynical, morbid sob...Patch is great. Large enough to be noticeable, but doesnt draw attention or take up much real estate.

Great quality patch with no loose threads or "trailing" stitches in the text. Their "Coyote Brown" colors are a near-perfect match to "multitan" colors (Tan background, Green border and USMC Reg Brown text).Looks right at home on my khaki Maxpedition Jumbo Versipack !

This patch is so small, BUT easily identifiable and not frayed at all. Great for if you don't have a lot of wiggle room for another patch. But could also go on a build-a-bear vest if that was your thing. All in all it's a great patch, but I'd give 5 stars if it wasn't as small as it is.

Great little patches that may actually save your life sometime, I have multiple blood type patches on all of my gear, this way there’s never a doubt about what you needin that SHTF moment.

Patch color is too dark, in my opinion. Not nearly as visible as the patches coyote tan & black.
