A friend recommended "charcoal toothpaste" because I was complaining about my sensitive gums and the fact I was looking for something that would whiten my teeth. Although my old fluoride toothpaste was a great brand, I was looking to try something new... and so before you know it, I was researching some of the best on Amazon.This was the first one I wanted to try. I was curious about the "coconut charcoal powder" and how it would taste like. After using it for a while, I have to say it's very refreshing! It has a slight mint aftertaste, and I can't taste much "coconut", but other than that, I enjoy the flavor. And that's coming from someone who is very picky about toothpaste brands and wouldn't give up her Disney Princess fruity flavored brand until age fourteen. (I absolutely despise spearmint.)Don't be alarmed when you open the tube, lather it on, and start brushing -- it's going to very black and your teeth might resemble a monster out of a B+ science fiction film. Just keep brushing and make sure that afterwards, you gargle well. I noticed once or twice that the black paste discolored parts of my lips and gums that I didn't rinse enough.Only after a week, my breath feels fresher, my teeth are noticeably whiter, and my gums aren't annoyed! Which is an awesome combo -- at an unbeatable price. I'll be reordering this soon.

Everyone in our family was eager to try a product that wecould use a couple of times a day without having to use 'trays'or other devices that are very difficult to use daily at home orwhile traveling. This toothpaste is different because it is charcoalactivated and minty at the same time. If you rinse it properly itwill not leave spots in your teeth or sink like many others and atthe same time you will not have that awful bleachy smell in yourhands as when using Crest or strips. The price is a bit higher thanregular toothpaste but it does MORE than your everyday supermarketgeneric brand. We will take photos to see our weekly progress.

I loved how clean my teeth got with the charcoal tooth powder but hated the mess and trying to get it on my teeth rather than all over the counter. Plus, I didn't really taste a difference. This paste was minty and way less of a stressful mess than the powder! It still left my teeth feeling stellar clean and it still leaves the black saliva in the sink, but it doesn't stain your sink or teeth and leaves your mouth feeling cleaner than any other toothpaste. Plus, no sugar as an ingredient to act as counterproductive to your cleaning efforts! I read this could be helpful in remineralization, which I am not sure, but I do like the super clean feel it leaves.

Initial review: flavor is really good. The product is thicker than normal toothpaste and pretty messy. It cleans off really well from lips/teeth. After taste is minty and lingers for a bit. Will update when I notice any differences

I heard a lot of good things about charcoal toothpaste so I ordered this one to try to see how it works for me and I am pretty amazed by the results. I had received the item within 2 days with Amazon Prime and it’s been few days I’m using this toothpaste twice a day and it’s making a huge difference in my teeth color. I will update you all after 1 month or 20 days more to see exact changes but at the moment, it cleans out my teeth really nicely and smells so refreshing as well. The consistency is little bit thinner than normal Colgate toothpaste but I’m happy with it over all. Will order again and definitely recommend this products if your wanting to try charcoal toothpaste.

Love the chorcoal toothpaste, leaves your teeth and gums feeling refreshed. Teeth do appear more white after using this product. Only issue I have has been the chorcoal will sometimes leave lips discolored, so rinse as the product recommends.

Was happy when I'd came across this version of the charcoal toothpaste. I love that it's in a convenient travel tube. It really makes your teeth at least a shade whiter even after the first use. Always recommend charcoal toothpaste but this one makes it super easy to use more often. The powders I've purchased in the past are way too messy. Packaged well. Came quickly. Recommend for always keeping thar smile bright!

I was looking for a good natural whitening toothpaste and this stuff is great! It has a nice minty taste, doesn’t stain my sink and it removes stains almost immediately! I’ve already told my family that they should try this toothpaste instead of the chalky bitter straight charcoal. This is much better!
